Some days, the weight is not just from the work.
It is from being everything to everyone at the same time.

As a milliner, I create beauty with my hands.
As a mother, I pour endlessly into my home.
As a woman passionate about empowering other women, I carry peopleā€™s dreams, emotions, and silent battles too.
And the truth isā€¦ sometimes, I get exhausted.

Not because I lack passion.
Not because I am ungrateful for the gift of service.
But because constantly giving without pausing can quietly drain even the strongest woman.
There are seasons where your heart is willing, but your body is begging for rest.
Seasons where you are producing, showing up, smiling, encouraging othersā€¦ while running on empty behind the scenes.

I know many women understand this deeply.
The woman building a business.
The woman raising children.
The woman caring for family.
The woman trying to stay emotionally available for everyone while neglecting herself.
Burnout does not always look like giving up.

Sometimes it looks like continuingā€¦ while silently exhausted.
I am learning that rest is not weakness.
Pausing is not failure.
And protecting your mental health is not selfish.
