Job title: Associate, Audit & Risk Management

Responsibilities:
● Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
● Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to identify potential operational, financial, legal, and strategic risks.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk management frameworks.
● Monitor and analyze key risk indicators and report on risk trends to senior management.
● Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans, including the identification and monitoring of controls and key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
● Assist in the development and delivery of risk management training and awareness programs to enhance risk awareness and promote a risk-aware culture within the organization.
● Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and regulatory agencies, to manage insurance coverage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Support the investigation of incidents and near-misses, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
● Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
● Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.

Requirements:
● BSc. in business, finance, risk management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager) are added advantage
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the agricultural or technology industry.
● Strong understanding of internal control, audit & risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
● Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the agritech industry.
● Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk registers, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross effectively-functional teams and communicate risk-related information to stakeholders at all levels.
● Proficiency in using risk management tools and software applications.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
● Residency in *Kaduna, Kano or Abuja is preferred.*

*Job Description*

*Responsible for overall operational management and performance of Hub and delivery operations;
* Outline the short-term goals in line with the medium-term plans, goals and policies;
*Design operational masterplan for the different service units under the Logistics arm of the group;
* Supervise the daily activities of the mail room;
* Supervise dispatchers, hub operations team, coordinators & couriers to ensure that every shipment is picked and delivered within SLA;
* Drive business expansion of each service-line;
* Ensure actualization of business targets;
* Ensure high standards of customer experience always;
* Ensure the growth in the Company’s market share;
* Maintain a safe and organized storage facility for all consignments in transit (warehousing related);
* Design standard flow charts for each service’s delivery process, and co-ordinate delivery network across all branches;
*Train and develop industry best practices and SOPs to operations and customer service team members;
*Evaluate all aspects of employee performance and provide coaching or discipline as needed;
*Provide operations staff with guidance and support to cope with volume growth;
*Reassign responsibilities based on change in volumes or geography;
* Ensure zero downtime of all operational vehicles and motorbikes;
* Design internal appraisal measures to ensure optimal performance of staff;
* Drive and promote safe handling of all shipments;
* Ensure optimization of the electronic mail tracking platform;
* Ensure optimization of the address verification platform;
*Supervise the IT support infrastructure for the business;
*Coordinate/manage/guide field officers to ensure quality and professionalism;
*Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.

*Requirements*

We are hiring for a client into telecommunication engineering, a logistics officer, transport.

Responsibilities:

Always ensures the whereabouts of all vehicles and drivers.

· Ensures that the fleet is clean, maintained, insured, and meets the country’s road regulations.

· Makes sure to be reachable 24/7 for emergency cases.

· Leads and represents the drivers.

· Ensures that all drivers are performing according to the job description.

· Meets with drivers on a weekly basis to discuss their concerns.

· Supervises the logbooks and ensures that the information contained is adequate.

· Builds regular contacts with vehicle & drivers’ rental companies.

· Follows up on vehicles being repaired and ensures they are handed over on time.

· Follows up on all insurance claims.

· Generate a weekly report from the tracking device system on all the vehicles and submit it to his direct supervisor.
