The Struggle Of A Content Creator

Today was supposed to be dessert class… but plot twist 😂 life said “not today.” One thing led to another and boom—we landed in restaurant management class instead.

And that was when I discovered that restaurant management and I are currently strangers 😭🤣

As Chef Sammy said, “This is why you are in culinary school because I know you don’t know.” Omo… that line entered my soul straight 😭 because in that moment, I realized I actually don’t know jack 💀😂 But that’s the whole point sha—come empty, leave loaded.

I listened like my life depended on it and even recorded everything because this brain cannot be trusted to remember all that knowledge later 😂

Then Chef Sammy took us on an excursion to a fine dining restaurant—beautiful setup, calm atmosphere, learning about wines, glasses, desserts, food plating… very classy vibes ✨🍷🍽️

Thought the day had ended peacefully until small gbas gbos entered 😅 Someone asked why my camera was facing their direction. I simply explained I’m a video editor, I always edit with approval, and if anyone doesn’t want to appear, snip snip ✂️ problem solved. But apparently today needed extra seasoning 🌚😂

Anyways… culinary school is not just cooking, it’s academics + adventure + unexpected episodes every single day 😂 and honestly? I’m enjoying the ride.

A dessert is a dish that consists of sweet foods, such as cake, biscuit, ice cream, and possibly a beverage, such as dessert wine or liqueur.
Some cultures sweeten foods that are more commonly savory to create desserts. Desserts commonly conclude a meal as a course in many restaurants, while in some parts of the world, there is no tradition of a dessert course to conclude a meal.
But in our own world dessert will always be served after Main dish.
