Nigerians are Nigeria's greatest resource it's been noted and highlighted on with special emphasis recently at a round table mixer. Who we are, how we are, what we do and how we do it, who and what we believe as a people is deeply rooted in our DNA.

Our thinking, guts and charisma is why we are one the most successful and influential TALENTS globally. Nigerians are opportunity driven and any government that is serious about them, must show this by implementing policies that would torpedo the ideas that have led to an exodus of its people.

I particularly love the fact that the FG, rightly included creative economy to arts and culture ministry. This shows that it is aware that firstly, it is an economy, and all of these make a huge dent on the Country's GDP if not handled rightly.

Collaboration with the Ministry of Information and National Orientation would rebuild our National overview of Nigerian Art, Culture and creativity. Collaboration with the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, would greatly amplify the reach and revenue via the most sophisticated data harnessing methods.

It's about time to put our brains to work to improve the country and not bleed the people. Money can always be generated, but the Nigerian Brain is an endangered species and talent goes where it is appreciated.

"When are we going to agree that Genevieve Nnaji Official. is not-so-great an actress?

Yes, she is a big name. But don't forget that Dwayne The Rock Johnson too is a big name, but those who are really invested in movies will tell you that "The Rock" is a terrible actor (If you watch Asaba movies, don't come and argue this biko).

Now, why do they keep using The Rock or why does he keep soaring high?

It's simple. The Rock has a likable personality that people love. So that makes it easy for people to overlook his flaws. People just want to see his appearance, whether good or bad. And also, he has a big heart.

Another example is Cardi B. We all know Cardi's rap is blehhh, but there's something about Cardi. Have you seen her interviews? Have you watched her go live? She's not just funny, but also hilarious! She plays with fans. She's cheerful! This is something you won't see in Nicki, who is a far better rapper. So people excuse Cardi's rap flaws and vibe to her music because of who she is.

Same with Genevieve. Genevieve is likable. And also for the fact that her earlier roles were always the good, lover girl that men always break her heart. Those roles gave her these likable traits, so people never really paid much attention to her acting.

If you're looking for a perfect actress, who is versatile, can ACT, and is not as rated...

The perfect example is Nse Ikpe-Etim. Nobody comes close!"

CASE STUDY!!! PAY ATTENTION...
During the press conference to announce NOKIA being acquired by Microsoft, Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this "we didn't do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost".

Upon saying that, all his management team, himself included, teared sadly.

Nokia has been a respectable company. They didn't do anything wrong in their business, however, the world changed too fast and then their opponents were too powerful.

They missed out on learning, they missed out on changing, and thus they lost the opportunity at hand to make it big.

Not only did they miss the opportunity to earn big money, but they also lost their chance of survival. A few years down the line...

The message of this story is, if you don't change, you shall be removed from the competition.

It's not wrong if you don't want to learn new things, however, if your thoughts and mindset cannot catch up with time, you will be eliminated.

Conclusion:

1. The advantage you have yesterday, will be replaced by the trends of tomorrow.

2. You don't have to do anything wrong, as long as your competitors catch the wave and do it RIGHT, it's enough for you to be edged out, thus you would have failed.

3. Those who refuse to learn & improve, will definitely one day become redundant & not relevant to the industry.

4. To be forced by others to change, is like being discarded.

5. To change and improve yourself is giving yourself a second chance.

They will learn the lesson in a hard & expensive way.

“Tyler writes all of the projects. He executive produces all of the projects. He also directs and produces all of the projects. When we walk to set, the only voice you'll hear is Tyler's voice.

The best thing about that is I've also worked in network productions where, if you have a question as an actor — for example, in this scene, the script says "Zac and Fatima," can I change that to "Zac, but Fatima"? Okay, well let's contact legal, let's get with the writing department. Then, you're waiting there for hours before you film to say "can I make this change?"

With Tyler, he wrote it. I go up [and ssay], "Yo big guy, I'm thinking for this scene here, I would like to change this word. I like to change this here." He'd be like, "Alright, if you can make it make sense, make it make sense."
