Calvary greetings to you all in the name of Jesus Christ (Amen).
APPRECIATION
We give God our unlimited appreciation for strength, grace, wisdom and successes He had granted us thus far and to all MBCN members for your support and prayers.
MEDICAL DEPARTMENT
The medical department has 8 PHC that are functional, two comprehensive health centers and two hospitals with activities improving gradually.
Although only MBH has attained the status of a hospital, we now have two Medical doctors (NYSC), an eye doctor and a pharmacist not just the human resources but also the present adminstration in her desire to revamp the hospital has purchased drugs worth millions which is currently in the hospital.
The medical department wish to appreciate all churches who observed her Sunday and remitted such amount to the department.
EVANGELISM DEPARTMENT AND MISSION
we want to sincerely thank God and well meaning partners who have in recent time taken up the responsibility of sponsoring some of our pastors and evangelist as we have 11 sponsors now. As a result we have a total of 54 who were recently baptized in this our evangelism Fields.
On this note there shall be a seminar for sellected pastors within 14 Fields from 2nd to 6th August 2021 while the fields down the low land will have there's from 9th to 13th of same month. Field supervisors should adhere strictly to the number of participants given them please.
MBTS MBU
We wish to inform you that in period under review the MBTS had recorded some successes as;
Completion of the affiliation to Taraba state University.
Renovation and rehabilitation of hostel, staff quarters and lecture Halls.
Successful completion of Summer school program.
In as much as we had these successes there were and still challenges which includes:
There's need for total overhaul of the entire MBTS structure,Two months of unpaid salaries and unremitted MBTS Sunday offering by some Fields.

This is to inform all churches within the MBCN to observe the world mother's day slated for Sunday 9th May 2021, in consonance to global practice.
In view the above churches are by this notice directed observe special offering to support the women department.

With heavy heart and gratitude to God we wish to announce the date of our founding father, the chairman MBCN Board of Trustee, a centenarian Rev Timothy Yula who passed on in the early hours of today Thursday 11th March 2021.
Burial arrangement is as follows:

The long awaited affiliation of the Mambila Baptist theological seminary mbu Gembu which started as far back as 2014 has gloriously been completed today the 24-02-2021 with signing of memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the proprietor who was the chief initiator of this dream Rev Godwill Sol and the vice Chancellor of our only prestigious State University Jalingo accompanied by the deputy vice Chancellor administration, the acting registrar, head of department Christian religious studies,the acting provost of the Mambila Baptist theological seminary and host of others who witnessed this land mark.
With this mile stone achievement the Mambila Baptist theological seminary is expected to admit students into 100 level and 200 level for B A and B A Ed programs with effect from 2020/2021 academic session.

MBCN GENERAL COUNCIL 18-29 JANUARY, 2021.

All Glory and Adoration to God almighty as the MBCN General Council started with organizational councils and Board meetings since 18-28th January, 2021.

Today 29th January, 2021 the GC started at exactly 8:00AM with opening Song and prayer led by Rev. Sam Chigia MBCN GPB Committee Chairman

Devotion by Rev. Joseph T. Nagombe MBCN Vice President.
Text: 2nd Corinthians 3:1-6.
Topic: You are Christ letter to the World.

After the devotion the MBCN Executive President Rev. Godwill Sol welcomed the GC members and called the meeting to order and urged all GC Members to feel free and contribute positively to the growth and development of our Dear MBCN. Mr. President declared the meeting open.
Chance was given to the MBCN General Secretary Rev. Moses l. Yibon to read the previous minute to the hearing of the GC. After long deliberation on the previous minute it was moved, seconded and carried that the previous minute be closed.

MBCN EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT REPORT
Mr. President in his report thanked the GC members for praying and standing by the EC since the inception of this administration.

He further said that since we boarded our ship in September and headed toward a destination of success, we experienced lots of ups and downs. However, we proceeded toward success despite the wave of the sea.

PARTNERSHIP
Mr. President said, this journey took the EC to the depth of the sea where they were able to engage themselves in fruitful dialogues with some missionaries to Come back on the Field. He also said that some of the Missionaries have given affirmative response to re-engage their commitment to MBCN.

Mr. President in his report drew the attention of the GC to his report presented during the 2020 annual Bible Conference where MBCN partnered with CHAN to get drugs. That within the short possible time, MBCN has updated yearly outstanding dues for five years, as such MBCN has started receiving contributions and donations from some of our partners.

The MBCN Executive President Rev. Godwill Sol reported that the long lingering issue of Warwar 1st MBCN Church has since been resolved and that all other processes will be handle administratively.

TEKAN ASSEMBLY 2021
Mr. President in his report said that the TEKAN Assembly would have since been hosted from the 13th-18th January, 2021 but due to the second phase of the Covid 19 Pandemic and insecurity in the country. In view of this, new date will be announced.

Mr. President concluded his report by urging the Executive Council members to deliberate wisely to come up with workable resolutions for the growth of the MBCN and above all the growth of the work of the Master Jesus Christ.
