DO PUPILS/STUDENTS FAIL MATHEMATICS???????AND WHAT IS THE SOLUTION???¿??¿¿????????¿¿????¿

Firstly, Mathematics is defined as the science that deals with the logic of shapes,quantities, numbers and space. Mathematics originated as a result of numerical and quantity problems people of the old faced.No topic in mathematics was created just because mathematicians want to crake people's brain.Each topic solves a specific human problem. Some branches of mathematics include;
∆Algebra. ∆Number theory
∆Calculus. ∆Mathematical physics
∆Geometry. ∆Arithematics
∆Probability. ∆Logic.
SOME REASONS FOR MATHEMATICAL FAILURE ARE;
1.Lack of basic knowledge of mathematics.
2.Faulty foundation.
3.Fear of mathematics.
4.Unavailability of good tutors.
5.Lack of passion.
THE BASIC FOUNDATIO OF MATHEMATICS
To have good and sold mathematical foundation,the clear knowledge of the following is important;
1.NUMBERS;
In simplicity numbers are symbols(figure) or words used to express quantity or amount of something. Without number you can say or write how many something is. The symbol '1' or word 'one' is used to represent or show single quantity. For example one(1) orange,two(2) apples.If I say orange and Apple without a number, nobody will know the amount or quantity of orange and apple.
BASIC CLASSIFICATIONS OF NUMBERS
√Whole numbers;whole numbers are numbers that shows completion e.g 0,1,2,3,4,20,35......
√Fractions : are system of numbers used to represent incomplete quantity. For example two and half orange written like this 2 1/2 oranges shows that the orange is not completely 3.
√Decimal Fraction: are system of numbers that shows incompletion similar to fraction but in different form e.g 0.5, 2.25,0.25,11.8......
2.BASIC OPERATIONS;
The basic operations in mathematics are
∆Addition.
∆subtraction.
∆multiplication.
∆Division.
All of the above classification of numbers has its unique ways of solving the four basic operations. That means,whole number,fraction, and decimals fraction have their different ways of adding,subtracting,multiplying and dividing them. The question is, do you know the ways of adding,subtracting,multiplying and dividing this classes of numbers without calculator?
3.ALGEBRA: is a branch of mathematics that deals with letter called variables or unknown. In algebra also there are methods of adding,subtracting, multiplying and dividing them.
4.ARITHMETICS: is a branch of mathematics that deals with the study of four basic operation of pure numbers .I meant numbers without letters.
5.GEOMETRY: is the study of shapes and its dimension. Without geometric study most of our buildings and furniture will be shapeless. Pupils and students should have the basic knowledge of geometry to apply it where necessary.
6.TERMINOLOGIES OF MATHEMATICS;
Some mathematical terms are:
∆Simplification/simplify.
∆Evaluation/evaluate.
∆Calculation/calculate.
Most often pupils or students take mathematical terms like simplify and evaluate to be a topic in in mathematics. You hear some say 'I don't know how to solve simplification' but simplification on it own is not a topic in mathematics.To simplify is the as solve like wise evaluate.
In summary on part 1, Mathematics is what we use everyday. Therefore, am bold to say that no individual with sound mind,who followed the accurate tutorage and discipline to learn that won't know MATHEMATICS. You have about 12 years in basic school to get the basic knowledge of mathematics. Failure having basic knowledge will affect the person negatively in later run.The person must of necessity go back to learn the basics without which the person can not handle higher task.
