Working with one of the top 50 in Sales on Linkedin as an ads manager

We working with this particular logistics company

They kept getting leads but no sales

I began to have a series of headaches, testing lots of things

Trying to know what's wrong

So I started to think 🤔

Do these people really know how to close sales?

So we decided to Call them ourselves

Picking one random contact, went on a call with them

And she came to me, Favour I'm sorry for doubting your work

These people do not know how to convert

I just helped them with the call and am about to get them a gig from the N.H.I.S office

These same people have been wasting our leads

At least, that’s what I believed after my first campaign.

I saw all these gurus preaching—"Just run ads, and boom! Sales will flood in."

So I did it.

I set up my first ad, picked some random interests, wrote a deep, emotional caption (at least, I thought so), threw in my budget, and hit publish.

Then I slept like a baby, dreaming of waking up rich.

Morning came. I grabbed my phone, heart racing, ready to see my sales…

Nothing.

No leads. No engagement. Just the cold, hard reality of Mark Zuckerberg feasting on my money like breakfast.

At that moment, I was convinced—"Ads don’t work."
