🌍 CULTURAL SUNDAY! – Overflowing Praise!

Praise looks beautiful in every language, every rhythm, and every tribe!

In my church this Sunday, we’re bringing heaven a little closer to earth in a colorful celebration of cultures, sounds, and styles, it’s Cultural Sunday!

Here’s the concept behind the designs in the slides 👇🏽

✨ Slide 1 –The Globe Used:
The globe isn’t just a design element , it’s the heart of the message. 🌍

It represents the world coming together in worship; different tribes, tongues, and nations united in praise to one God.

Every part of the globe reflects the beauty of our diversity, showing that though we come from different corners of the earth, our praise rises as one voice. That’s what Cultural Sunday is truly about , unity in diversity, a global worship experience beyond borders or language.

✨ Slide 2 – Cultural Attire:
This design showcases people beautifully dressed in their traditional attires, representing heritage, identity, and expression. It highlights the richness of culture how every tribe brings its own color, rhythm, and story into worship. It’s a visual representation of who we are and how our uniqueness adds more depth and beauty to our collective praise.

Both designs capture the spirit of Cultural Sunday ; one world, many cultures, one praise!

It was such an amazing experience at the Albinism Advocacy Pageant! I had so much fun, met amazing people, and received countless compliments , especially on my hair.

I had the privilege of modeling for , rocking the stunning Lush Kinky Twist. I came in with my hair looking rough, but left with a radiant look that had people complimenting me nonstop. Huge thanks to for this priceless opportunity, and special shout-out to my makeup artist for doing such a fantastic job and making me feel so elegant.

Beyond the beauty and glam, this event carried a deeper meaning for me, it was a celebration of identity, confidence, and strength and It reminded me that advocacy is not just about raising awareness, it’s about living boldly, owning our stories, and inspiring others to embrace theirs. My skin tells a story, and instead of hiding it, I am learning to celebrate it.

The event has inspired me to keep shining, keep speaking, and keep showing up, because representation matters. And while I look forward to other advocacy event, I’m specially anticipating the day there will be an advocacy for vitiligo because I live with it, and I know how powerful it will be to see it represented too.

Every shade is beautiful, every story is powerful, and it deserves to be seen, celebrated, and loved. 🥰🫠💛

Skin that radiate strength and art.

Look at you, a walking work of art, living proof that beauty doesn’t need permission.

Your skin doesn’t whisper, It speaks boldly, In contrast, In color, In stories only you can tell.

You didn’t choose this skin, but you choose, every single day, to own it. To carry it with power, to show up anyway, radiant and real.

Vitiligo didn’t take anything from you , it revealed you, It peeled back the surface and showed the masterpiece underneath.

It called out the strength that was already inside, it gave you a different kind of spotlight not one of pity, but of presence, of walking into every space and saying without a word: I’m here, and I’m not shrinking for anyone.

Yessss, people may stare, but that’s because they’re seeing something they don’t understand an art of nature in motion, a beauty that challenges the ordinary.

You can’t control the way your skin changes and you don’t need to, because control isn’t strength. Acceptance is, strength is looking in the mirror and seeing not something to hide, but something to honor. A skin that carries contrast with confidence, a canvas touched by nature’s own brush.

Beauty? You redefine it.
Strength? You embody it.
Confidence? You breathe it.

You are the glow that doesn’t come from products or filters, it comes from truth. From owning the skin you’re in, not someday, but now.

So let them look, let them wonder, let them learn what real power looks like: This is not just skin.

This is a masterpiece.
This is a work of art.
This is the art of nature in its most unapologetic form.

This is skin that radiates strength
Beauty that speaks. Confidence that commands.

World Vitiligo Day 2025

Vitiligo is a skin condition that causes some parts of the skin to lose color because the pigment cells (melanocytes) stop working. It’s not contagious, not caused by poor diet , and definitely not as a result of bleaching. It can affect anyone regardless of age, gender, or background.

Many people living with vitiligo are pitied like they have a life-threatening disease or wrongly accused of bleaching all due to ignorance. This causes emotional pain and unfair stigma.

June 25 is World Vitiligo Day, set aside to raise awareness and support for people with vitiligo. The date honors pop legend Michael Jackson, who had vitiligo and died on this day in 2009. Since 2011, it has grown into a global movement of education.

People with vitiligo are strong, beautiful, and unique. They deserve love, respect, and acceptance not judgment, ridicule, or pity.

Let’s spread truth, correct misconceptions, and teach others to be kind with their words. Vitiligo doesn’t define a person. Real beauty lies in being true to yourself.
