*⚠️ What This Means:*

If you’ve lost your JAMB registration SIM card, you won’t be able to accept or reject your admission unless you retrieve it.

The portal-based approval option has been disabled.

This change might affect a lot of candidates, especially those who changed phones, SIMs, or lost access.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We wish to inform you that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has opened a dedicated portal to address any complaints or issues arising from the recently concluded UTME examination.

If your child participated in the exam and is experiencing any concerns, kindly follow the message from JAMB and take the necessary steps using the link provided below:

Did you prepare well and still receive a surprisingly low JAMB score? Kindly submit a ticket now. The JAMB technical team is currently reviewing issues, and no further complaints will be entertained after today (Monday).

*📢 UPDATE: JAMB RELEASES 2025 UTME RESULTS*

To check your 2025 JAMB UTME result via SMS, follow these steps:
1. Use your registered phone number: Ensure you’re sending the SMS from the same phone number you used during your JAMB registration.

2. Compose the SMS: Type the message: UTMERESULT (in uppercase, without spaces).

3. Send the SMS: Send this message to either 55019 or 66019.

4. Ensure sufficient airtime: Make sure you have at least ₦50 airtime on your line, as this is the cost for the SMS.

5. Await the response: You’ll receive an SMS reply with your result or a status message.
