As we gather to worship God today, let us remember that faith is not only expressed in our prayers but also in how we care for one another.

A healthy community begins with informed people, compassionate hearts, and responsible actions. Let us promote good health practices, support those in need, and encourage one another to live healthy and purposeful lives.

When we protect health, promote peace, and serve humanity, we reflect God's love in action.
May our worship inspire us to be agents of positive change in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

My heart goes out to the woman and children currently in captivity. Seeing a mother cry and plead for help .oh my God!

Beyond the immediate threat to their lives, prolonged captivity exposes children and adults to severe physical and mental health risks, including trauma, anxiety, malnutrition, dehydration, and infectious diseases.

As a public health advocate, I join concerned citizens in calling for urgent action to ensure their safe rescue and access to medical and psychosocial support. Every child deserves safety, protection, and the opportunity to grow in a secure environment.

Let us continue to raise our voices for these innocent children and their caregiver until they are safely reunited with their families.

My thoughts and prayers are with the children who have been kidnapped and their families. Every child has the right to safety, protection, education, and good health.

Beyond the immediate security concerns, kidnapping can have serious effects on children's physical health, mental health, emotional well-being, and development. The fear, trauma, stress, and uncertainty experienced by both the children and their families can leave lasting impacts.

As a public health advocate, I call on all relevant authorities and stakeholders to intensify efforts to secure the safe return of these children.

The world's menstrual health day. This is observed every year on the 28th of May.
We celebrate it on May 28th because 28 days symbolizes the average menstrual cycle length
The 5th month which is the month of may symbolizes the Average duration of menstruation.
Let's stop the stigmatization. You can educate the young girls and encourage the young ones by buying a pad for an individual, school or community.

5 days = the average duration of menstruation (May = 5th month)

Promote access to menstrual products, sanitation, and education
Advocate for menstrual equity and reproductive health rights

My heart is heavy today.
At a time when families are searching for their loved ones and children have been taken away from safety, celebration does not feel right.

we must remember the serious public health impact this can have on them.
These children may face fear, trauma, dehydration, hunger, physical harm, infections, and long-term emotional and psychological distress.

As a society, we must continue to pray, speak up for child protection, support affected families, and strengthen community safety measures. Every child deserves to live in safety, love, and good health.
Kidnapping leaves scars not only on victims but on entire communities. Protecting children is everyone’s responsibility
