THE NOBLE PRINCE OF IGBOHO BAGS TAMPAN MERIT AWARD:SUES FOR PEACE AND UNITY OF HIS TOWN.
Prince Abdullah Oyebisi Obalola,a philanthropist who hails from Alepata Igbaroola family of Igboho the ancient capital of Oyo bags TAMPAN Atiba local government chapter,Oyo MERIT AWARD on 24th May,2023.
While receiving the award, he dedicated the award to Almighty God and his family Alepata Igbaroola.He used the midium to call for peace and unity of Igboho people, Lunch an NGO "OBALOLA IGBAROOLA FOUNDATION".
"I thank you members of TAMPAN Atiba local government,Oyo for considered me as of your awardee today,May God bless you more abundantly.Let me seize the opportunity to admonish my glorious people of Igboho, let us embrace peace and unity among ourselves and our neighbours.Igboho is our Jerusalem, It's a must for us to love it and join hands to make its development in all ramifications.
To mark this landmark Award,I'm using this occasion to Lunch a foundation "OBALOLA IGBAROOLA FOUNDATION O.I.F" for the development of my town and to serve as care giver to the needy and less privilege people as God gives us grace to do so.May God help us more".

AMOTEKUN; THE HUNTER THAT WILL SOON BE HUNTED!.

It is very barbaric and annoying the way the Amotekun Officer tends to abuse and misuse the power to secure people vested on them. Thier unprofessional activities have been so mindbogglingly and very preposterous.

In recent time without being economical with the truth, The Amotekun have been projecting the image of the security outfit as that which is created basically to oppress and humiliate people.

It is disheartening that, this men of Amotekun are terrorising the people of Igbeti community.

Today, the situation in Igbeti community as clearly shows that, if we fail to voice out and call the attention of the government to the abuse of power by this Officer of Amotekun, they won't stop to humiliate and harass the innocent people of Igbeti, because the so call Amotekun has turned themselves to law and continually stepping on the fundamental human right of the people of Igbeti.

A typical example of the negative impact and unprofessional activities of the Amotekun in Igbeti community is the act of beating people, bugging into people house without any permission, likewise telling people the time to get inside, which all this thier actions against the fundamental human rights.

I would have kept sealed lips on it for a fact that I have long been brushing aside the temptation to write for many reasons. In fact, I was even advised by highly respected leaders and colleagues to tarry a while, but I strongly believe the time is now. Because an injury to one is an injury to all, and if we keep mute who knows the next victim.

The Amotekun just have to warn very clearly that nobody has monopoly of violence and they must stop harassing the commoners and the innocent people.

The Officers of Amotekun should be reminded that the Amotekun is a product of the law, hence it is expected of them to act in strict adherence of the law by protecting people and safeguarding their right .
