There are privileges I never had like other children in my circle while growing,

As a matter of fact, while in the university, if there's a need for 50k, I must have informed my dad like a month ahead,

Meanwhile, there were others that their monthly pocket money was my school fees 😂,

But one thing was certain, I had big dreams,
I am someone that small things break me a whole lot,

On multiple occasions, I've had some crazy thoughts about life but guess what?

I am not where I was few years ago,

I've been working on different projects this week that I even had to call off two mentorship classes I had this week,

I woke up this afternoon and the memories of how I was jobless and stranded about 2yrs ago just came to my mind,

This time, I smiled.....

This is why I smiled, I literally worked round the clock since yesterday till this morning on multiple projects,

I couldn't even take a break because I've to finish them,

This is me telling you "Stay focus, pray and trust God for a breakthrough"

It was on Sunday this week, immediately after service that I got an Upwork invite for a Social media management role,

I was actually happy when I saw it, I clicked on the notification to see the requirements,

Lo and behold, it was a $ 100 fixed budget work for 3 months,

The client wanted me to do:

✅ Logo design

✅ Create 20 posts monthly

✅ Edit videos

✅ Create designs

✅ Create Ai Videos

✅ Manage multiple accounts

✅ Manage Ads

And all of this for $ 100, well I did not reject the offer,

I went home, sat down, drafted a mind-blowing cover letter, added necessary work samples that aligns with the job, then proposed for a $250 monthly pay for the role he requested for,

I asked him a question if the $ 100 was a monthly pay or it's to cover the 3 months,

He later replied that it's a monthly pay, I just told him "it's way below my pay", he said okay and eventually rejected the proposal,

One thing stood out, he would have hired me immediately if I accepted to do it at his price which is $ 100

I later did some background checks and realised he's a Nigerian - I shaked my head and move. "Na we dey do ourselves"

I am not meant for all clients and that is simple

This was a big strategy for me while growing up,

Anytime I fall sick, the next thing my Father would just step out and come back with medications for me to take and it's not just one o😂,

Well, as a sharp guy, I know how to play my way around,

I will wait till he goes out before I take the medications, at least my late grandma used to be understanding mama then😂😂,

So she will allow me do it my way,

I will mould big Eba and open it wide, put like 4 different tablets inside, then close it,

Use the eba and pack soup and off it goes inside my throat,

I will repeat the process till I am done,

Was It the best? Yes,

Did it work for me? Yes!!

Was I ever caught by Authorities?? No!! I played my cards well - Who are the authorities?? My father 😂😂

All the same, today, I don't wait for eba and soup again,

In fact, I don't even wait for anybody to beg me to take it, I do it immediately I notice any symptoms 😂😂

Adulthood is good

Something serious happened today while in Church,

Pastor gave a prayer point for all the singles to pray and it was about Marriage,

Come and see the way I was seriously shaking my head while praying and it dawned on me that this will be the first time I will take anything marriage related prayer point serious,

After the prayers, I just told myself "guy you are becoming serious with your life oo" see the way I was just laughing,

After service finished, two ladies complimented my dressing,

One of the ladies even said "I love your dressing, you look soft"

The way I am seeing, first thing Tuesday morning, I will be getting married,

I can't just allow my softness to be wasted like that 😂

I woke up this morning to see this message from one of my students,

Last night, I was trying to model an example while teaching them,

I remember using her work and I realise she was not on the call and it skipped my mind after the class to reach her and know what happened,

Only to wake up and see her message that she f@inted🥹,

The fact that we are trying to do some things for ourselves has made so many forget about taking some rest when necessary,

"I am a victim here"

I fell sick on Friday last week, I actually thought it was something I can do big boy and move on,

On Sunday everything scattered, I had to immediately go to the medical centre and I was given some medics,

To even make it worse, I couldn't bath cold water for about 3 days which is unusual for me, I was bathing hot water😂,

But did that stop me from showing up here everyday? No!😂
It's even this period that I had good content ideas to post😂,

Sometimes last year, I used to work late nights,

In most cases, I will sleep around 4-5am everyday,

I noticed how it was affecting me that period, I stopped it instantly,

Now, immediately it is 11pm I am done for the day, we go again tomorrow,

Please pay attention to your health, take rest when you feel anyhow,

Body systems are not the same, the goal is to make this money and enjoy it and not spend it on mediations,

May God help us in all our endeavours,

After our first child, I and my wife both agreed to have at least 2yrs spacing before we go for another child,

We were cool with the decision considering the fact that we had multiple projects to work on within that period,

My brothers and sisters, after 8months of our decision making oo,

Sister just came back one cool evening and handed me an envelope,

In my mind I thought maybe it was another promotional letter because the way she has been getting promotions ever since she married me has been alarming 😂❤️❤️ - marry your God sent and enjoy naa,

I did not open it oo, I asked her what is inside, Aunty just told me to check it for myself,

I opened with anxiety, lo and behold "This Girl was 3months gone" and there was no clear symptoms!!

And we both planned to do birthday spacing oo "2yrs for that matter" so how comes 8 months later the story changed,

I just sat there smiling at My wife and Baby because........

But wait,
Do you believe that story above?

Are you aware that I am Single Home and abroad?😂😂

I mean I don't even have a Girlfriend like this😂😂

I noticed something about the students in my close community,

I am someone who's so big on simplifying terms so anybody can understand no matter the age grade,

All my students can testify about this,

Something happened when I asked some of them to present their work for us to see,

While it might be so easy for others to do it, I noticed how some of them couldn't do it instantly,

Will I shout on them? No
Should I say "even this common thing you don't know?" No,

I just understood that most of us might not have had the privilege to understand things early enough like others,

I had to carefully put them through the process,

My happiness is that I was able to make them feel confident and then learn in the process,

I love it when I see people around me strives to become better legitimately and I try as much as I can to contribute my quota to speed up the process,

Last night I was just having a conversation with my wife and she told me how work was so stressful lately,

It wasn't the usual Husband and wife discussion because there were pending projects on the table we both needed to tackle,

After everything, we prayed and went to sleep,

4am this morning I was up already, I went to prepare what my wife will take to work,

When I finished, I woke our children up and bathed them around 5:30am, ensured they took breakfast then get dressed for school,

By 6:00am everything was set, I did not want my wife to be stressed,

I just wanted her to get the Baby Girl Treatment because she deserves it - Sis Ify woke up and realised everything was set, "I don collect Kiss this morning 😂 - love is sweet na you no want marry

As at 7am, I took my children to their school since it's a nearby college in my Estate,

Came back and went to drop my wife at work, she has been smiling in the car like what I don't know, all I know is I will reap the fruit of my labour this night 😂,

Anyways, I am back home and I am on sit monitoring all the contents I created yesterday, I will go through all the social media accounts to be sure everything is intact,

Then put out the contents for today,

Here’s How You Can Make People Trust You and Buy From You in 3 Months

I see many people with good things to sell, like Red Palm oil. But sometimes, they complain because nobody is buying.

Maybe you have been posting and no one is asking and you are thinking, “Does this really work?”

It does work, but you need a good plan, not just hard work.

Let me explain it in a simple way

✅ Show Your Face and Tell Your Story
People love to buy from someone they know. Make a short video of you getting or making your red oil. Say why you started selling. Talk about why your oil is clean and fresh. When you share your story, people start to trust you.

✅ Take Clear Photos and Write Prices
Take bright and clear pictures of your oil. Show it in bottles, in food, and in your kitchen. Always write the price, where you are, and how people can buy it. When things are clear, more people will buy.

✅ Use Small Paid Ads Every Week
Do not wait for people to just find you. Spend a little money every week to show your posts to more people. You can start with about 1500 to 3000 naira daily each week. Yesterday while I was working in the morning, I received multiple emails that some people just registered for my course,

But it was suspicious because nobody had made payment as at that point so how did they get the registration link?

The registration link is different from payment link, after you make payment that's when you can access the registration link and I will have to approve from the backend before you can access the course,

I went to check and realised it wasn't the regular emails that everybody is using,

That means someone had access to the registration link and tried hacking his way into the portal 😂😂,

I did not even know that my boss who structured My Learning Management system had already seen it,

This morning, while we were discussing, I told him about the incident and he said:

"I saw it too, they were more than 3(up to 6), I saw the traces and blocked them"

My dear, don't bother because that Site is well secured😂😂,

My Oga Victor Emmanuel used FBI, EFCC, CIA and Interpol to secure anything he's building

So I will sit down for months and come up with a course, did thorough research, record it, gave it out even below the price and all you want to do is come and pull it down abi😂,

My dear, the brain behind my platform has 9yrs+ of experience as a Full Stack Dev and he doesn't do substandard,

There's something I realised about how some recruiters will post a simple job description with the salary, when you get hired, they now add other roles that was not inclusive before,

Last month, I made a post about one of my students who got a full time employment offer after her 3 months internship program with the brand,

I remember saying "low-key I want her to get another offer and that if you need her services kindly send her a DM"

The following day, someone sent her a DM for a social media management job role,

I was very happy for her but gradually things started unfolding,

The job description said "she will manage Facebook and X only!!

There was lead generation which she will design marketing funnels and immediately I told her to let them know she's a social media manager and not a Marketer hence she can't do Lead generation - instantly she did that,

She was hired immediately,

I told her that if there's no offer letter then it means work has not started, it took the brand like two days and offer letter did not come,

Later she had meeting with them and the brand owner now made everything opened,

She will manage Facebook, X "Instagram and Facebook group" and there's still Telegram group oo, remember the job description did not carry IG and Facebook group or Telegram before 😂

She will post 2x daily Mondays to Saturdays across all this platforms(Facebook, X, IG and Facebook Group)

She will engage and grow all this platforms,

Salary - N 50.k monthly

She said "I asked the Man how comes all these was not included in the job description, he ignored it"

All this happened because I had insisted that she can't start that role except there's an offer letter and it is there we will know what's going to happen,

All the same, she rejected that offer immediately,

But my question is simple:

"Are recruiters, HRs, and employers really doing employees a favor by hiring them?"

Maybe that's why they keep on pushing very crazy JDs with little pay out,
