When you encounter a problem installing a decoder and satellite dish, please troubleshoot each component individually.

1. It is recommended to have test equipment (LNB, 3-5m coaxial cable, decoder, or Satfinder).

Set up the test equipment to determine:

* If the satellite dish is correctly positioned * (is the signal present? Yes or no?)

* Replace only the LNB with the customer's LNB * (is the signal present? Yes or no?)

* Now replace the decoder with the customer's LNB * (is the signal present? Yes or no?)

* Go downstairs and connect the customer's LNB in the living room * (is the signal present? Yes or no?)

This allows you to easily identify the faulty component.

* The first test determines if the satellite dish is correctly positioned.

* The second test determines if the customer's LNB is faulty. * The third option indicates whether the decoder is in good working order.

* The fourth option indicates whether the coaxial cable is faulty.

The DiSEqC connector must be installed at the end of the installation. If you lose the signal, the DiSEqC connector is faulty. Try moving the coaxial cable from inputs (1, 2, 3, 4) to better assess the situation.
