Can you work without external pressure?
If you were left alone to your devices, would you build something great or let things die due to negligence?
Can you wake up early when you don't have a company meeting?
Would you save up money when you're not trying to pay back a debt?
Would you stay up all night to work when you don't have a job deadline?
Would you push yourself to learn and improve even when your job is not on the line?
We do a lot of things with external pressure but we only do it for others and not ourselves.
To be able to build something for yourself, you need internal pressure.
