This landlord is especially right and acted correctly in pushing back the would be tenant and her tenancy.

We once had a tenant whom we took in on humanitarian ground with no family member linked to her guarantorship and we nearly broke down when she started her problems, which ordinarily a bystander would consider ordinary, had it been we insisted she bring in her husband or the father of her only son child.

She would do all things to have my husband her landlord. Thank God I was subtle enough to have taken her to our Spiritual Father when she approached me telling me how she was madly enough with my husband.

"You only have to confess your love of him to our MOSQUE IMAM to help you talk it with him. He (Khalifa Najimudeen Ileero) has the final say in our family!".

Had it not been for the grace of the spiritual father, we would have all been dead today.

She packed into our apartment as a customer in need. She turned out to be a spiritual burnout and ready to die on my husband, except 'he gives her same respect and honour he gives me his full wife'.

Life was not good to me for that 2years she used going about in the neighbourhood telling everyone who cares to listen how madly enough she has fell for my husband, who refused to take her to the level of the love she had for her.

She was lured to report her complaints to our Spiritual Father who assisted us in prayer before she, after due trouble packed out to the amazement of many of our neighbours who were astonished to listen to her romance story!

Ibadan woke up today to see protesters in truck accompanied by motorcycle riders chanting war song that means "help us remove SEYI MAKINDE", 'ẹbawa yọ S'eyi Makinde!'.

Our reporter who approached the protesters by showing 'solidarity' carrying fresh leaves as the protesters revealed that the protests was all about Gov. S'eyi Makinde's refusal to address the urgently needed relocation of those families who were affected by the demolition of houses as occasioned by the construction of the Ibadan Circular Road.

The state was not in tumult aa the protesters passed through major road in Ibadan.

Interviewing some onlookers who hurriedly lined up the road to see what was going on suggest that the protests might be sponsored.

One of those interview who begged anonymity said "this people may be sponsored by intraparty dissenting voices in the Oyo State ruling PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY, PDP who wants Gov. S'eyi Makinde high handedness stopped ". The woman went further to even suggest names of a business mongol of Ibadan who some people are taunting to come out for the gubernatorial race in the ruling party come 2027.

While pressed to escalate on her insinuation, the woman said MOGAJI's and some elders in Ibadan land have been having nocturnal meetings on this in the last few days.

"Those whose houses were demolished are already demoralized and financially recked that they may not have enough money and strength to organize a protest for now" she said and concluded that she would support it if it happens.

SOLAR POWER FOR AFRICA

The struggle for continuous sustainable electricity generation, distribution and effective commercialization lie simply in efficient tapping of the solar power!

Africa must be right there before others if we are not going to be globally enslaved for the last forever time as in the individual age!

This idea can not wait for our government to be developed, though we would still need government to sustain it.

In virtually all human endeavors, the right inclusivity of People with Disabilities tends to solve all human errors.

It instruct project designers and implimentors to 🥄 spoon feed by bringing down the ceiling to the easiest affordable standard where everyone can participate.

Most women and youths are like people with disabilities when it comes to vying for political offices.

We are struggling to meet the president to get us included in the scheme of things and the country will be better off for that.
