HELP OTHERS RISE OR STEP ASIDE
(For genuine Followers or Leaders ONLY)
The FREE SCREENWRITING TRAINING continues and more folks are joining within Nigeria and Outside. Some have messaged me on Facebook and I’m awaiting their chat on whatsapp after sending my number to them. It’s a serious one and ONLY the strong can survive this training.
Why?
By strong, I mean those who are willing to dare. For those who dare are the ones who are strong. Like I captured in my yet to be released book (set already but to be unveiled next year), I emphasized on those who are willing to be a daring giant. These ones are in the category of those, who’ll learn to raise people or support themselves as they grow. It’s a mind for collaboration that I am intentionally building because, once the training is over, I'll Personally select those who will join my writing team and also add some to the group, WRITERS WITH INTEGRITY.
These writers will be the representatives of God, standing against moral degradation in the society through their pen or keypad before the conference for physical appearance will be called.
Unfortunately for some who feel too big, they have been exited since they aren’t ready to comply with some basic instructions, yet only want to learn and run. The universe is crated for interdependency. Unfortunately, many who fall in the category of me, myself and I are oblivious or just pretend not to know this truth! So as the boss here, I exit them.
Those who join the training this year on the group joined because someone posted the info out there beyond my reach or tentacles. If some didn’t post it, it won’t get to you. Why then do people decide to be self centred? Simple answer is, superior mentality. They want to be the boss alone. They are bunch of ignoramus, thinking, if they learn alone, they would brag over others. I laugh in Swahili! Till date, I still put in efforts in learning consistently so as not to become obsolete.
So, we have a Tutor who took them another great aspect in writing, Heroine like I would call her. She’s the one whose story I screenplay and would be shooting this month. I was privileged to train her in screenwriting and you need to see her mind blowing stories in Prose form and yes, she screenplay for me as well. Many who try to not recommend people do this as a result of fear of betrayal which is understandable but you had better learn from the errors but keep doing good if you are truly a good person than concentrating on those who are pessimist.
Students have been tasked to do the needful based on her session and after which, external tutors would join as I deem fit. The same growth pattern will be done for the participants too. We’ll help ourselves grow. We would reach out to others through individuals link so that, truly, by the end of the training, I would be glad to a higher percentage that, I do not just teach for free but raise people of good character, willing to support themselves instead of competing against themselves contextually.
Whoever doesn’t comply leaves the group or would be out of the training. This basically means, once they aren’t ready to help others, they must be ready to step aside.
I use this medium to charge all leaders and followers, if you can’t help someone working for or with you, can you just step out of their life, PLEASE. It’s time to speak on behalf of people, recommend them, support them, give them the credits due so that, you also will be able to confidently tell people to,
