Cristiano Ronaldo dragged penalty with Alonso: THE TRUTH
Let's rewind back to 2009/2010 La liga season.
On the 21st of February, 2010, Real Madrid defeat£d Villareal by 6:2. Two out of these goals were penalties converted by Kaka and Xabi Alonso.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored the opener via Direct Free kick.
A penalty was awarded and Kaka stepped up to convert it.
Higuain scored the third which was assisted by Ronaldo.
Higuain scored the fourth goal.
The fifth goal was scored by Kaka, assisted by Ronaldo.
The 6th goal was from the spot, which Alonso converted. Ronaldo was fouled for the penalty.
This Alonso penalty kick was the one those misgu!ded souls were trolling Ronaldo for because he didn't celebrate the goal.
What really happened?
When Kaka converted his own kick, Ronaldo celebrated with him but when Alonso scored he didn't. Why?
Maybe or maybe you are not aware, during the time Kaka and Ronaldo played together for Real Madrid, there was an arrangement between Kaka and Ronaldo. If neither of the two was yet to score in a match and there was a penalty, Ronaldo will take it. If Ronaldo had scored before they got a penalty, Kaka would take penalty given. If Kaka was the one that had scored before the penalty, Ronaldo would take it.
After Ronaldo was fouled, he picked the ball because Kaka had converted one earlier only for Alonso to ask Ronaldo for the ball. Ronaldo was reluctant which is normal.
Ronaldo was on the pitch, Higuain was there, Raul came from the bench. These are the attackers who can convert penalty. Why was Alonso a Midfielder craving to score his first goal by all means?
In his Real Madrid career, Kaka scored 6 penalties, 3 out of these penalties were when Ronaldo was on the pitch (Ronaldo even won one of them). The other 3 (including a brace), Ronaldo was on the bench and he scored open play goals in all the occasions he came from the bench.
You might wonder why 6 penalties in Four year. But don't forget Kaka was only more active in his early years at the club. Injury ru!ned his times at Real Madrid.
To confirm my point that one played penalties if the other has scored;
- Real Madrid 5:1 Tenerife in their first season, Ronaldo played the penalty to give Real Madrid a 4:1 lead, Kaka scored the third goal of the match via open play.
You hardly see a game where both Ronaldo and Kaka played and one of the two scored both an open play goal and a penalty. Whenever this happened, is either one is on the bench or didn't play at all.
I keep saying it, most people talk about Ronaldo the way they do because they don't know anything about him. They believe in what cynics or haters say.
It is on you as Ronaldo fans to dig more about your idol. Don't let anybody f00000l you.
