Joe Biden is suing the Justice Department to stop the release of audio recordings and transcripts from Special Counsel Robert Hur’s classified documents investigation.

At issue in the case are audio recordings and transcripts of Biden’s interviews at his home in 2016 and 2017 with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer, who worked with Biden on his two memoirs.

Biden’s legal team says releasing the interviews would amount to “an unwarranted invasion” of the former president’s privacy after the DOJ previously argued the material was protected from disclosure.

President Trump quickly reacted on Truth Social, calling Biden “A Crooked Politician!!!”

The recordings drew intense scrutiny after Hur’s report raised questions about Biden’s memory and handling of classified material during the investigation.

US Report Claims 30,000 Armed Fulani Militants Behind Rising Insecurity in Nigeria

A May 2026 report by the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) estimates that about 30,000 armed Fulani militants operate across Nigeria in groups of 10 to 1,000 members, worsening insecurity and religious tensions.

Titled “Nonstate Violators of Religious Freedom in Nigeria: Fulani Militants,” the report said the group has become a major driver of vi%lence in the Middle Belt and southern regions, leading to d+aths and displacement.

“Vi%lence by Fulani militants caused the highest number of de+ths among all religious communities in Nigeria over the last year as compared to att@cks by organised insurgent groups and criminal gangs,” it stated.

USCIRF noted that att@cks have affected both Christians and Muslims, with militants sometimes acting independently or alongside criminal gangs and extremist groups.

“While many Fulani militant groups wage independent att@cks, others periodically coordinate with a wide range of other actors, from conventional b@ndit gangs seeking financial enrichment to recognised te+rorist organisations that espouse a violent interpretation of Islam.”

The report said att@ckers often strike rural communities at night using motorcycles and weapons.

“They often wield mach+tes and descend on vulnerable communities during the night, eliciting terror as a way to force victims to quickly leave and to achieve greater control of desired land.”

The commission also criticised slow security responses, stating that central Nigeria remains in a “seemingly perpetual crisis of insecurity.”

“A woman is another woman’s worst enemy” — but should discipline ever cost a life?

Reports coming from the Nigerian Navy sick bay in Gowon Estate, Ipaja, Lagos State, have left many people asking painful questions.

How did a simple absence from work allegedly end in death?

According to reports, on May 19, 2026, WO Yusuf was absent from duty due to health challenges. The next day, when she resumed work, she was reportedly summoned by her OIC, Lt. Commander ST Abashim, and questioned about her absence.

WO Yusuf allegedly explained that she had been seriously unwell and still needed medical treatment and checkup.

But instead of compassion, was punishment chosen?

Reports claim her superior ordered her to perform extra labour under the scorching sun despite her condition.

Eyewitnesses alleged that while carrying out the punishment, WO Yusuf became weak, dizzy, and her vision turned blurry. Instead of receiving urgent medical attention, she was reportedly locked inside a ward.

One hour later… she allegedly passed away.

Now many Nigerians are asking:
Was the punishment too harsh?
Why was a sick officer allegedly denied immediate medical care?
Could this tragedy have been prevented?
When did discipline become more important than human life?

One day absent from work… and a life was allegedly lost.

If these reports are true, then serious questions must be answered.
