THE FULL AND COMPLETE PACKAGE
Romans 1:16 (TPT), Romans 8:32 (ESV) I refuse to be ashamed of sharing the wonderful message of God’s liberating power unleashed in us through Christ! For I am thrilled to preach that everyone who believes is saved—the Jew first, and then people everywhere! *He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
The word salvation in Romans 1:16 is rescue, safety, deliverance, and health. It is God’s solution and intervention for every area of your life. It is not only God’s saving power from sin. By virtue of the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross, you have been saved from sin, and you have also been saved from sickness, poverty, the devil’s power and all evil. It’s a full and complete package. As Christ died on the Cross, God did not only provide forgiveness for your sins, He also provided provision for your needs, protection from evil, healing from sickness and freedom from every attack of the devil.
Together with Christ, God has FREELY given you ALL things. In Psalms 103:1-6, David described this redemption package from the Lord as, ‘All His benefits.’ Because of Christ, God has given you all that pertains to life and godliness (2Pet. 1:3). You are complete in Him (Col. 2:10). Nothing missing, nothing broken. Just ask and you shall receive it.
Jesus also came to heal the broken hearted (Luke 4:18). This means, Jesus has not only provided healing for your body, He has also provided healing for your soul. He has carried your grief and sorrow and He paid the price for you to experience His perfect peace over that situation (Isa. 53:4-5).
Faith Declaration:
Together with Christ, God has freely given me all things. I am complete in Him. Nothing is missing or broken in me.
