Most authors don’t need more promotion.
They need clarity.
Before ads, reels, or giveaways, every author should have two things:
1. A Marketing Audit: to see what’s working, what’s broken, and why people aren’t buying.
2. A Marketing Plan: to know exactly what to do next and where to focus.
Without these, marketing becomes guessing.
With them, everything feels simpler and intentional.
