Facebook user by name Gabriel Egwutuoha Peter gives a chilling account of what transpired between his brother and the Anambra State vigilante known as Udogachi/Agunechemba
What happened between my younger brother and the security created by Charles Chukwuma Soludo known as Udo ga-achi, this people arrested my junior brother in ihiala local government in the name of driving car without plate number, they carried him past many local governments until they got to onisha,in all this arrest drama, they turned off his 2 phones, and never communicated to his family members, not until they started looking for him in the village.
It was a good Samaritan that saw him in bad condition in the so called security cell, and asked him for my mum phone number,the man called my mum to inform her that my brother is locked up in onisha,that they said his offence was driving car without plate number,my mum informed me about the issue.
I contacted my senior brother to visit the location immediately to confirm if his in that place,he went and met the so called security leader call Desmond nwaoye and they denied that nobody with the name in their custody,that maybe is another security from other local government or Awka which is the capital, my brother was confused,he called me back to inform me.
I said it is not possible, he should wait so I called the good Samaritan which, which I don't want to mention his name. I called the man that they denied of my brother whereabout oooo. He said I should tell my senior brother to wait for him that he shouldn't go, so I called my senior brother and he waited for the man,the man carried my brother to show him the place they locked my brother up.
So after buying food for him,my senior brother went back to the security office to request for my younger brother, this man called nwaoye Desmond insisted that nobody like that,that was when my brother told him that he saw him face to face and that he bought food for him already, this man was madly angry shouting, screaming that who's the person that disclosed the information to him, that brother should show him the person,so my brother pointed the security man, and problem started between them,the nwaoye asking the security man ,do you want to kill me in this job and from the information they locked up the security man after beating him for 2 days.
So they told my brother to wait outside, the so called leader nwaoye Desmond was on phone call with someone informing the person that the plans won't work again oooo, that my senior brother was taken to see him and he even bought food for him already,so the plans won't work again,not knowing my senior brother was standing at his back, immediately he turned back,he started shouting who allowed you in I told you to wait outside, and my junior brother said I just want to ask you the way forward,he told him that the only way forward to get my junior brother out is to contact our village president general called Paul and that the president general will now contact Kennet which happens to be the special adviser to the governor on security.
My brother told me I said okay,I have the special adviser to the governor number,I called him and he told me his aware of the boy, that he was arrested in ihiala operating,I said no, Udo ga-achi arrested him on his way to get medication for the pregnant wife on the basis of driving without plate number he said oh okay,I now told him that am going to call him back so I get the full details of what happened again, that am going to call him back,he said okay.
Later I started calling this man he no longer pick my calls,I called him for 2 days before sending him message,he now picked my call and said,I will call you back am very busy because of the election happing in Anambra in the next 3 days, that I should give him time,I said no problem I will give you time,on Friday last week I decided to request for the so called leader of the unit called Udo ga-achi to know what exactly is happening.
This man picked and immediately I mentioned my brother name he said am not in charge,that Kenneth is the person in charge as the special adviser to the governor on security matters,I said okay, but you are with my brother and he said again that nobody is under his custody and he ended my call immediately,I sent him message that am already aware that his with my younger brother and I stopped calling him, then I started calling the village president general to inform him about the issue and in his words he said I just called Kenneth now but he didn't pick calls, but I know he will call me back,so I will relate this issue with him and get back to you immediately.
I asked him should I call you back he said no,I will call you back myself,I believed him, after a day I didn't see his Cal,I started calling him, this man refused to pick my calls for days, the Kenneth also refused taking my calls, and like 7 days don dey go,if anybody visit to see my brother, they will refuse,so after giving everybody respect of waiting to hear the way forward, that was when I said I have tried all my best to be do this through this process and they said nobody can release him apart from the Kenneth, then I decided to put call across to the commissioner of police office to inform them about the situation and they responded immediately that they will escalate the issue immediately yesterday.
And in less than an hour of the call,the so called udo ga-achi started calling that we should come carry our brother that call came from above. I am saying this to appreciate the Nigeria Police Force Anambra State Police Command for responding professionally without asking for a dime, May God bless you all.
I want to also advise people in Anambra State to please be careful how you move, always inform your family where you are going to or your location before going out please. I don't want to say what my brother told me happened after his release yesterday or people that gave up in his presence and was thrown into what I don't want to mention. But I will also advise Governor Soludo to check the people he is employing to guide Anambra State, if they are doing the right thing or destroying Anambra State by themselves.
