My dear people of Oriade LCDA,

I am deeply humbled and profoundly honored to stand before you today as your newly elected Council Chairman. This victory is not mine alone—it is a shared triumph that belongs to every man, woman, and youth who believed in the dream of a better Oriade.

To the party leadership, both at the LGA and Ward levels, to our teeming party members, ethnic and religious groups, and most especially, to my dedicated campaign team—I say a heartfelt THANK YOU. Your commitment, sacrifice, and unwavering enthusiasm were the pillars of this success.

A special note of gratitude to our distinguished leaders, particularly my mother, Hon. Ramotallahi Akinola Hassan, whose steadfast support and guidance were a source of strength throughout this journey.

To those who supported other candidates—I see you, I hear you, and I want you to know that I am here to serve everyone. My administration will be inclusive, transparent, and focused on delivering meaningful progress across all sectors of our local government.

NEW MAYOR IN TOWN: HON. RASAQ AKOREDE OLOJEDE EMERGES AS EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF ORIADE LCDA

A new chapter has begun in Oriade LCDA as Hon. Rasaq Akorede Olojede of the APC has been officially declared the winner of the July 12 Local Government election conducted by the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC).
