"In 2008, I went through a painful heartbreak when a lady suddenly walked away and told me, 'I am not marrying you again.' It felt like being nailed to a cross—a deep, agonizing disappointment!"
After that experience, I made up my mind and said, "Lord, I am done. I am married to Jesus now—sisters, please leave me alone!"
Then one day, I went to minister at an event. While I was there, I saw her. She was serving as the head of protocol, guiding the minister of God.
Because of the heartbreak I had been through, I intentionally guarded my heart and refused to collect her contact details. I simply went back home and forgot about it, choosing to leave everything in God's hands.
As I continued praying and fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit, her face kept coming up in my heart!
Being from the "old school" approach, I didn't go straight to her—I called her pastor instead! I said, "Pastor, as I pray, this lady in your church keeps coming up in my spirit."
Her pastor said, "She is a wonderful lady! She is currently doing an internship at a major company."
The moment he named the company, my heart sank—because the previous lady who had broken my heart worked at that exact same company! I immediately said, "Lord, no! I reject that connection!"
Sometimes, God brings you right back to the site of a past battle so you can face it, overcome it, and conquer the fear of past trauma!
Her pastor—a very strict man—sent for her to have a meeting. Up to this point, I had never spoken to her, never called her, and never approached her. It was purely spiritual conviction!
When she arrived, her pastor asked her, "Do you know why I sent for you?"
She looked at him and said, "Yes, sir."
He asked, "Why do you think I called you? Did he call you?"
She replied: "No, sir... but I feel the Lord telling me that he is my husband."
When God aligns two hearts by His Spirit, He confirms His word without human manipulation!
You don't need to force doors open or carry the fear of past heartbreaks into your future. Trust the Holy Spirit to guide your steps, heal your past wounds, and connect you to His divine plan!
