One of the hardest news to acceptπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ is when the doctor says, β€œthere’s nothing left to do, there are only two options: keep her sleeping until her body collapses or give her morphine to ease her pains." Our world fell apart and we didn't know how to break the news, we just knew we had to tell it.
We walked into her room and she smiled at us (our eyes were red and swollen from crying) and she said don't cry, I understand it's the end but there's no reason to be sad. She took our hands and cuddled us and we immediately hugged her. "Don't worry, it's part of life and you have to understand that we are all just passing through" (all while we cried like children unable to comfort ourselves). After she caught her breath, we told her the options and she chose to stay awake so she could spend a few more days with us. Some days she woke up without pain, ate and some days she was very happy, laughing and we had great days (after many bad months)...
Definitely in the hardest times you know who your true friends are or the people who really values you. Unfortunately, most friendships abandon you and only send you "good vibes" but from a distance, not anymore..
I decided to post this message in support of someone very special to me who fought a lot and with good energy. They taught me to live every day as the best day! Now I'm looking, those who will have time to read this post until the end. This is a little test, just to see who reads and who shares without reading!
If you have read all, select "like" so I can put a thank you on your profile. Cancer is very invasive and destructive to our body. Even after the fight Its a very long process. Please, in honor of someone who died or is fighting or even had cancer, but was healed; copy and paste.
Everyone says, "if you need anything, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you."
So, going to do a challenge. I think less than half of my friends will put this on their wall. Just copy ( don't share ) I want to know who I can count on.
Once you're done write "done"πŸ’”πŸ™πŸ’”πŸ™πŸ’” cancer sucks.πŸ˜₯😭
Copied

Tips for Successful Business

Business tips for successful business

Certainly! Here are some business tips for running a successful business:

Develop a clear business plan: Start by outlining your business goals, target market, competitive analysis, marketing strategy, and financial projections. A well-defined business plan will guide your decision-making process and help you stay focused.

Understand your target market: Conduct thorough market research to identify your ideal customers, their needs, and preferences. This will enable you to tailor your products or services to meet their demands effectively.

Provide exceptional customer service: Customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Train your employees to deliver excellent customer service and ensure prompt and effective problem resolution. Happy customers are more likely to become repeat customers and refer your business to others.

Build a strong online presence: In today's digital age, having a strong online presence is crucial. Create a professional website, establish active social media profiles, and leverage online marketing techniques like search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility.

Focus on quality and innovation: Provide high-quality products or services that stand out from the competition. Strive for continuous improvement and innovation to meet evolving customer needs and stay ahead in the market.

Manage your finances effectively: Keep a close eye on your finances, including cash flow, expenses, and profitability. Maintain accurate financial records and consider working with an accountant or financial advisor to ensure proper financial management.

Build a strong team: Surround yourself with talented individuals who share your vision and complement your skills. Invest in hiring, training, and retaining top talent. A strong team can contribute significantly to the success of your business.

Foster partnerships and collaborations: Look for opportunities to collaborate with other businesses or industry influencers. Partnerships can help expand your reach, increase brand awareness, and open up new avenues for growth.

Stay adaptable and open to change: The business landscape is constantly evolving, so it's essential to stay flexible and adapt to changes. Be open to new ideas, technologies, and market trends, and be willing to adjust your strategies accordingly.

Monitor and analyze your performance: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to your business goals. This data will provide insights into your business's performance and enable you to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.

Remember, building a successful business takes time, effort, and dedication. Stay focused, learn from your mistakes, and embrace opportunities for growth and improvement along the way.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ENTERPRISE AND A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ?

Many people often choose to go for business name Registration/Enterprise because it is the cheapest to start with and you can open a corporate account with it.

So the price determines their option.

Well, while it's good to start from somewhere at least you are better than a CEO with no legal name at all.

There are certain limitations with having your business registered just as a business name

For one, the idea behind Enterprise Registration is for purpose of having your trade name reserved for you legally.

Registering a business as a Limited liability Company on the other hand is a form of incorporating the business as a separate legal entity.

This means the business can stand alone , separate from you. The business can outlive you . In the event that there is a huge debt, your personal property can not be forcefully used to pay creditors and lenders.

This is not always the case for an ENTERPRISE because the liability of the company is unlimited and the business owner will have to bare all the debts of the company should there be a downtime

Limited company also has a better chance to raise funds, as their shares can be used as a coleteral for loan or exchange for equity investment.

Not to bore you with so much grammer, It is advisable to understand what you want to achieve in business before you go ahead to decide which category of Registration to go for

I advise clients to go for Company Registration

But then again if you have a tight budget, you can start by registering the business as an Enterprise and then later upgrade it to a Limited company

Please not that bit all Business can be registered as an Enterprise

Whichever category you belong, the good thing is , that you have a business registered with CAC already.

You are far better than those without a registered

I'm concerned about these category of CEOs who do not have their business registered.

well, do you need to upgrade your business name to Limited ? Or you want to carry out a fresh Registration.
