Some of us have that interest of exercising, but are limited ; either because

1.) you don’t have equipments to use and workout.i.e (dumbbells)

2.) you don’t know how to use those equipments to make your workouts challenging and useful .

But don’t worry anyways, in this video am gonna show you weird equipments 😂😂, you could use to make your workouts very effective . P.s ( you don’t need a dumbbell or weights)
