NatCom Development and Investment Limited, trading as ntel, has issued an investor advisory in 2025 warning against unauthorised dealings with its former Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Wood, who it says was removed from the company on May 15, 2025.

The Nigerian telecoms operator cautions that Wood no longer represents NatCom in any capacity, and any investor approaches linked to him should be treated as a telecoms investment risk in Nigeria.
