Dear Participant,
We thank you for your interest to participate in the 2018 world symposium meeting, on Violence, Human Slavery & Abuse, R***d, Trafficking and Global Security. The symposium meeting will be taking place from October 22nd - 26th, 2018 @ Western Suites and Spa Hotel Conference Hall in Dallas Texas, USA. We appreciate your interest to participate in the symposium meeting to affect lives positively in the world. Note that there will be digital wireless translator in all country languages in the conference hall. The theme of the 2018 world symposium meeting is to equipped participants with the strategies and policies to fight sexual abuse against women and children, human trafficking, global terrorism and child slavery. The symposium is organized by the International Human Rights Organization in collaboration with other Organizations in the United States.
Registration is Open Now & Free: In order to participate in the 2018 world symposium meeting, registration is compulsory. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (2-10) persons as a group, representing their organization or country in the symposium meeting. Registration form is attached to this mail. You are to print out the registration form and fill the questioners (A-B) with a pen.
VISA Processing: Participants must be in possession of valid International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate in the symposium meeting. Visa application form is attached to this mail. You are to print out the visa application form and fill with a pen. The organization is responsible for your visa processing here in the United States and the visa confirmation letter will be sent to you to present at the U.S Embassy in your country for visa interview. We shall forward your applications to the U.S Bureau Immigration Department of State for visa authorization here in United States.
Flight Tickets: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The air round trip tickets will cover from your country of resident to the United States and back to your country of resident. You are to print out the flights ticket application form and fill with a pen.
You are to submit the filled registration forms, visa application form, flight ticket application form along with the front page of your international passport, hotel reservation booking receipt and two colored passport photographs size to the registration office via e-mail. These documents should be submitted within the duration of 5 working days to approve your registration, which is not later than September 7th, 2018 to confirm your participation, in the 2018 world symposium meeting. If your filled application documents are not submitted within the duration of 5 working days we shall assume that you are not interested to attend in the symposium meeting and your participation will be removed from the organization registration list.
Hotel Reservation in USA: Participants are only responsible to pay for hotel reservation in United States, due to insufficient of fund to pay air ticket and visa processing for the total numbers of participant’s expected in the symposium meeting, Participants are responsible to pay for hotel reservation cost for the duration of days the symposium meeting will be held in Texas, United States. You are to contact the selected hotel management giving below, where the symposium meeting will be taking place and make your reservation booking from 21st to 26th of October 2018 and obtain your reservation booking receipt, which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms, visa application forms and other requested documents.
Note that the symposium meeting will start from 22nd of October 2018 and Participants are expected to arrive the United States on the 21st of October 2018 or earlier, before the meeting. That is why your reservation booking will start from 21st of October to 26th of October. Interested participants attending the symposium meeting are not accepted to submit online reservation booking receipt from a different hotel for security reason and for proper recording of participants attending the symposium meeting. Your applications will not be accepted by the organization, except you submit your hotel reservation booking receipt issued to you from the selected hotel management giving below. You are to contact the selected hotel via the e-mail address giving below for immediate booking confirmation.

Rules and Regulations:
•Each participant should complete and fill their registration form, ticket application form and visa application with pen.
•Registration received without the scan copy of your international passport front page, filled visa application form, filled ticket application form, two colored passport photographs and your hotel booking confirmation receipt from the selected hotel venue in Texas United States, will not be accepted.
•Participants are to fill their registration form and visa application form with their valid information details
•Participants are responsible and to pay for their hotel reservation booking confirmation receipt.
•Participants that are in possessed of U.S valid visa are to submit the scan copy of their U.S valid visa front page long with the requested document for verification.
•All registration document visa application form should be submitted as an e-mail attached to the conference registrar.
Note: Only in receipt of your filled application documents and hotel reservation receipt, will participant’s visa request be forwarded to the U.S Bureau Immigration Department of States for same day visa authorization, which shall be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa interview after the approval of your visa here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have a valid U.S visa when submitting your application documents.
