DAY 4/20 — LET'S TALK ABOUT PROCRASTINATION.

I'LL DO IT LATER” SOUNDS INNOCENT… UNTIL LATER BECOMES NEXT WEEK

You don't need to completely change your life overnight. Start by doing one important thing instead of always saying
“I'll do it later.”

One little habit I'm seriously trying to work on is procrastination.

And honestly, this one can be very tricky. 😂

You wake up with plans:

“Today, I'll do this.”
“I'll post this.”
“I'll exercise.”
“I'll finish that thing I've been postponing.”

Then somehow, you pick up your phone for “just five minutes”…
Before you know it, you've spent almost an hour scrolling. 😭😂

And the funny part?

You still tell yourself:

“I'll do it later.”

But I'm learning that sometimes, later is the reason we remain in the same place.

So I'm trying something simple:

Every morning, I choose ONE important thing I must get done that day.

Not ten things.

Not a whole list that will make me tired just looking at it.
Just one.

Once I get that one thing done, I already feel like I've made progress.

It may look small, but small habits can produce big changes when we stay consistent.

I'm not saying I've conquered procrastination completely. 😂
I'm still working on myself.

Some days I win.

Some days “I'll do it later” wins. 😭😂

But at least now, I'm becoming more intentional about it.

And that's the lesson I'm learning:

You don't have to change your whole life in one day.
Start with one small habit and keep working on it.

One day becomes one week.

One week becomes one month.

And eventually, you look back and realise you've changed more than you thought.

So today, instead of saying

“I'll do it later,” ask yourself:

“What is ONE thing I can get done today?”

Then go and do it. ❤️

Now be honest 😂👇🏽

What's that ONE thing you've been saying “I'll do it later” about?

Maybe today is the day you finally do it. ❤️
