HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF

(1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.

(2) Stop begging.

(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.

(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.

(5) Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.

(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.

(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.

(8) Stop entertaining gossip about other people.

(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.

(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.

(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.

(12) Respect your time.

(13) Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.

(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.

(15) Be scarce sometimes.

(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.

(17) Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.

(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.

(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back.

(20) Be good at what you do. Be the best.

BEWARE 𝗢𝗙 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦

Life is full of unfriendly friends.
Some people didn't die when the arrow was in their chest, they died when they saw who threw the arrow.

Here are 12 Signs of Unfriendly friends;
1. Unfriendly friends plot against you at night and laugh with you in the morning. They smile a lot and act nice to you, but really, they are talking and gossiping behind your back.

2. They appear when they need you and disappear when you need them the most. They are very selfish and self-centered.

3. Your Success threatens them. They get upset when something good happens to you. They are highly covetous.

4. They blackmail you emotional. Takes advantage of you. Cause you pain, hurt you and deceive you.

5. They always try to compete with you and make you feel they are better than you.

6. Unfriendly friends always criticize you negatively. They constantly point out all the negative things about your Life. They don't see anything good about you.

7. They discredit you and doubt everything you say or do. They hold you in low esteem and spread lies about you. They lack faith in you and belittle your achievements.

8. They are not consistent. You cannot depend or rely on them. They are not trustworthy.

9. Unfriendly friends don't feel bad or remorse when they hurt you. They never apologize rather they are judgmental; always feeling they are right.

10. They rejoice when something bad happens to you. Your pain gives them Joy.

11. Unfriendly friends will never patronize you even if you sell the secrets to Long Life and Prosperity, all because of envy and jealousy.

12. They are happy when you share your secrets with them, because, they are going to use it against you, to blackmail, hurt or betray you without your notice.

Sometimes, your problem is not the Problem; your actual Problem is the person you tell your problem.

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked who can know it?

Happy New Year Famz!!!

Do not love half lovers
Do not entertain half friends
Do not live half a life
and do not die a half death

If you choose silence, then be silent
When you speak, do so until you are finished
Do not silence yourself to say something
And do not speak to be silent

If you accept, then express it bluntly
Do not mask it
If you refuse then be clear about it
for an ambiguous refusal is but a weak acceptance

Do not accept half a solution
Do not believe half truths
Do not dream half a dream
Do not fantasize about half hopes

Half the way will get you no where
Half an idea will bear you no results

Half a life is a life you didn't live,
A word you have not said
A smile you postponed
A love you have not had
A friendship you did not know

The half is a mere moment of inability
but you are able for you are not half a being
You are a whole that exists to live a life
not half a life.

Iwa (1982), Nigeria (1983), Fuji Garbage (1988) and New Fuji Garbage (1993) under his imprint. He had a bitter feud with another Fuji singer, Kollington Ayinla in 1982. Ayinde Barrister had a couple of successful shows in London in 1990 and 1993 performing what later became known as the good musician. Honour is due to the man who spent his entire life giving us the best of the best songs of our time.

May The Almighty Allah grant Alhaji Ayinde Al-Jaanat fridaos. He truly created Fuji music. He natured it, lived it and made a success of it, while hugely successful himself. A one off mega star and a true legend of our time whose understanding, good grasp and excellent ability to use Yoruba language cleverly made Fuji genre seem easy to sing and pleasure to listen to. (The more reason why there are more many Fuji singers than any other type of Nigerian or African traditional music). He passed well for an Islamic scholar through the use of his music to lecture his listeners especially about being good and subsequent debt of death. We have really lost a true Nigerian. Adieu Barrister!
