إنّ مِن أكبر نِعم الله علينا أن نكون في شهر الْقُرآن، و نحن أُمّةُ نبيٍّ أُنزل إِليه الْقُرآن، لِذا مقالتي لكم يا أهْل الْقرآن، أيّها المحبّون للقران، لا تجعلوا حُبّكم أو وُدّكم غَايةً مُجرّدةً في أمر القرآن بل اِعْملوا بما في الْقُرآن، و أنتم أيّها القارئون و المستمعون إلي القران كما كنتم تُرَاعون أَحْكامَ التَّجْوِيدِ في القِراءَة كَذا رَاعُوا أَحكَام الْأَوامر والنَّواهي في الْقُرآن، و أنتم يا معلمي الناسِ القران لا تعلّموا الناس القران حَرفًا بل علّموا هم التّخلّق بِأخلاقِ القرآن، و حضُّواهم علي العمل بالقران، والرجوع الى القران، والخشوع والخضوع عند مطالعة القرآن و العناية والقناعة بمراجعة القران، إن فيه كلَّ شيء لا شكَّ أَنّ فاقدَهُ فَقَدَ كَّ شيء فالآخذُ بِهِ آخذٌ بِالخير و الآخِذُ بِضِدِّه آخذٌ بِالشَّرِ، فعَليكم بِالاِعْتِرافِ بعظمة هذه النِّعمة و اجعلواها مِنَ السُّنَّةِ و التزمواها بالهمّة و ابذلوا فيها كلَّ المِنَّةِ.

MEANING:
One of the greatest blessings of Allah upon us is that we are in the month of the Qur’an, and we are the nation of a prophet to whom the Qur’an was revealed, so my article is for you, O people of the Qur’an, O you who love the Qur’an, do not make your love or affection an a merely goal but also work with the Qur'an. And you reciters and listeners to the Qur’an, just as you were observing the rules of intonation in reciting so also observe the rules of commands and prohibitions in the Qur’an, And you teachers of the Qur’an do not only teach people the Qur’an literally, but rather teach them to adopt the morals of the Qur’an, and urge them to work with the Qur’an, and hope and healing through the Qur'an and to return to the Qur’an, and to be humble and submissive when reading the Qur’an, and to take care and contentment in revising the Qur’an, Verily in it is everything no doubt that the one who loses it has lost everything, the one who takes it takes away the good, and the one who takes against it takes on the evil, so you have to acknowledge the greatness of this blessing and make it part of the tradition and stick to it with determination and spend every kindness in it.

أنا نشأت بين يدي تعلّم اللّغة العربيّة، و هي نشأت في حياتي تزرع فيها أشجارا كالورود في المزهريّة، لأتنعّم بحلاوة ثمارها كاسبًا، و أُسقى منها من استسقى شرابها طالبًا، و بها أصبحتُ عربيًّا على اللّسان لا على النّسب، بحيث أحكم بين إستعمال كلماتها في الكتابات و الخطب، أعيش بها يربح لى من الثّروة تعليمها، و يجلب لِي شرفًا أينما أتيت تقييمها.

I grew up in the two hands of learning Arabic language and so its grows in me planting in me trees like roses in the vase, so i might take plesure from its fruits as a gainer and i might feed from it whoever seeks its taste as a student, And so i become an Arabian by tongue not by lineage where i govern between the usage of it's words in writings and speeches. I live with the wealth its teaching fetches me and thus do fetch me honour wherever i go its evaluation.
