My first question- Why will she not manage her hypertensive health?

Second question- What triggered the hypertension?

Third question- Why was she locked inside the room with her kids by her husband to the extent that the maid did not have access to check on her.

Fourth question - Why was she locked inside?
What caused the lock lock issue.
