WELCOMING SERVICE... As the new corp members shows gratitude to God

The Redeem Christian Church of God, the Generational Parish Ise Orun Ekiti State has welcomed the new corp members batch C1 and C2 into their mist.
The welcoming service which took place at the church auditorium, Youth generational parish Ise Orun Ekiti State feature all the events by the corp members .

However, the Topic for the awesome event was SERVICE AND SACRIFICE which the preacher Comrade Joseph Etok high lighted some fact about SERVICE AND SACRIFICE.

Sacrifice is a word that comes to mind when we think about the truth and realities embedded in the gospel.

SERVICE, however is a work done by one person or group that benefits another.
Furthermore, SACRIFICE is the act of losing or surrendering something as the results of penalty.

Biblically, SACRIFICE is giving to the Lord whatever HE requires of, our Time, our
Earthly Possessions, and our Energies to further His work. Our willingness to sacrifice is an indication of our Service to God.

One central element of SACRIFICE and selfless love is SERVICE. It's a powerful reminder not only that Jesus died for our sins, but that we too are called to love and help others. Matthew 19:29 and Mark 10:45.

Blessings of SACRIFICE; when we care, when we are charitable, when we are Obedient to God and His Prophets. Our SERVICE and SACRIFICE will bring forth the blessings of Heaven. John 12: 26.

Your service to God is exemplifies by your actions in your family, community and place of work. Serving God shouldn't be done for recognitions or praise. It should be self seeking, not because you want something from him in return. Serve selflessly, seek His Kingdom and every other things shall be added to you.

How then, do you show Service to God?
1: Pray for each other. Ephesians 6:18
2: Share and give to those in need. Hebrew 13: 16
3: Give encouragement. 1st Thessalonians 5:11
4: Work with intention and Joy. Philippians 2:14-15
5: Spread God's word. Psalm 96:3.

In conclusion, the Benefits of SACRIFICE and SERVICE prepared us to live in the presence of God and help us to enjoy eternal life.

TEXTS : JEREMIAH 1: 9-12

9 NIV:Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth.
10 NIV:See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”
11 NIV:The word of the Lord came to me: “What do you see, Jeremiah?” “I see the branch of an almond tree,” I replied.
12 NIV:The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.”

HABAKKU 2:1-3
1 NIV:I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint.

2 NIV:Then the Lord replied: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.
3 NIV:For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.

Vision is the energy to progress and determinant of destiny in life.
Vision is not doubt, a strong powerful driving force available to man.
It is the picture of your ideal life; the picture of your future must be base on the scripture.
A man of the vision sees what God planed for him. Don't settle for average.

FACTS ABOUT VISION
** A life without a vision is a life without a purpose
* You must know where you are going this year
** You can't just be living without a vision
** Whatever you don't see, you can't become it.
** The vision without a mission is a calamity.

REALITY OF VISION
1: VISION MINDSET: The image sees with inward of the mind. As the man thinking in his heart, so is he..
2: VISION MAKEUP: It entails planing and setting a goal
3: VISION MAKE SENSE
*: The sense of purpose, it must have a purpose
** Sense of urgency; you must put some urgency in your vision.
*** The sense of excellence
4: VISION INSPIRED: It makes someone to have a zeal towards the set goal .
5: VISION FULFILL; Your Vision required faith for fulfillment
