So today let's talk about Understanding HIV( Human Immunodeficiency Virus)and its route.

🌡️ First of all, 'What is HIV?'
HIV, or Human Immunodeficiency Virus, is a viral infection that attacks the immune system, the body's defense against diseases. When left untreated, it can lead to a weakened immune system, making the body vulnerable to various infections and certain cancers. Understanding HIV is crucial for prevention, early diagnosis, and effective management.

🔷 **Transmission of HIV
HIV is primarily transmitted through specific body fluids, including blood, semen, vaginal fluids, re**al fluids, breast milk, and pre-seminal fluids. The most common modes of transmission include:

- **Unprotected S*x**: Engaging in unprotected sexual in*******se with an infected partner.

- **Sharing Needles**: Using needles or syringes that have been used by someone with HIV.

- **Mother-to-Child**: HIV can be transmitted from an infected mother to her baby during childbirth or breastfeeding.

- **Blood Transfusions**: Although rare, transmission through contaminated blood products can occur (
common in regions with strict blood screening protocols).
