Progress at Shepherd Court continues steadily as we move through the structural phase. Highlights so far:
Parking levels are actively progressing

✅ First-floor slab is completed
✅ Formwork and reinforcement for the first intermediate floor slab are underway
✅ Columns from the first to the second floor are completed
✅ Formwork for the second-floor slab is in progress

With every milestone, our dedicated team is shaping a new addition to the skyline.

From blockwork to finishing touches, steady strides continue at every level of the Baylinks Project.

✅ 1st–3rd Floors: Blockwall, Plastering & MEP First Fix done.

✅ 4th Floor: Plastering almost complete.

✅ 5th–6th Floors: Final stages of blockwork.

We are not just building structures, we are setting standards.

As the week comes to a close, construction at Orange Residences remains on track.

The structural work on the 5th floor for Wing 1, including beams, slabs, and columns, is now completed. Work on Wing 2 on the same floor is currently in progress.

We are excited to share more updates as we consistently and effectively move forward with progress.
