UPDATE: YAYI FREE JAMB FORMS DISTRIBUTION DECENTRALIZED TO REACH MORE BENEFICIARIES.

The Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI has graciously approved additional centres for the distribution of 5,000 FREE JAMB forms announced on 24th February 2025. The Senator is poised to keep alleviating people's sufferings as he targets those who find it difficult to obtain the forms with gloomy hope of advancing their studies.

As a man who understands Cost-Benefit Analysis, he had reasoned that our people should spend nothing or little to benefit from this scheme, he approved the decentralization of the forms distribution for better proximity to the people. In view of this, the following centres will witness large turnout of people starting from Wednesday, 26th February 2025;

SENATOR ADEOLA YAYI MOURNS “CASH MADAM” DEMISE

The senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee on Appropriations, Senator Solomon Adeola has expressed great shock and sadness at the demise of Chief(Mrs) Khadijah Adebisi Edionseri at the age of 89 years.

In a condolence message to the family of the late philanthropist and industrialist popularly known as “ Cash Madam” in social circles, Senator Adeola said the passage of Chief Edionseri is a great loss not only to his immediate family but also women folk, Ogun State and indeed, Nigeria.

“ I am greatly saddened by the passage of this great woman from Ogun State who contributed greatly to the nation’s socioeconomic development and was a selfless philanthropist. About a week ago, I met the great woman at a social function in Abeokuta where we sat at the high table. It is a great regret that we lost her at this time. But we thank God for the good life she lived” the senator stated.

Senator Adeola prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the deceased and fortitude for the immediate family to bear the irreparable loss of their matriarch.

Senator Solomon Adeola Joins National Assembly Leadership on New Year Visit to President Tinubu

Lagos, Nigeria – In a demonstration of unity and commitment to national development, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi), representing Ogun West Senatorial District, joined the leadership of the National Assembly and other stakeholders on a New Year courtesy visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, in Lagos on January 1, 2025.

The visit, held at the Presidential residence, was aimed at extending New Year greetings to the President and discussing key issues of national importance. Senator Adeola, alongside Senate President Godswill Akpabio and other distinguished legislators, reaffirmed their support for the Tinubu administration’s developmental agenda.

Speaking during the visit, Senator Adeola expressed his gratitude to President Tinubu for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to addressing critical national challenges. He reiterated his dedication to collaborating with the administration to advance legislative priorities that align with the President’s vision for a prosperous Nigeria.

The President, in his remarks, appreciated the National Assembly leadership and other stakeholders for their visit and emphasized the importance of sustained synergy between the Executive and Legislative arms of government in driving Nigeria’s progress.

The event also served as an opportunity for stakeholders to reflect on the achievements of the past year and chart a course for a more prosperous 2025.

Senator Adeola assured his constituents in Ogun West of his continued efforts to deliver on his mandate, working in tandem with the Federal Government to bring impactful development to the region.

The visit concluded with prayers for peace, unity, and prosperity for Nigeria in the year ahead.
