It was a pleasure to have ACG (Aare) Shola Sodiyan, the Southwest Zonal Commander of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria, on my program Kajomojuto today.

The program was truly exciting and engaging.
Thank you so much, sir, for honoring our invitation.

May the Almighty God continue to protect and guide you in all your endeavors.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the NDLEA representative, Officer Moromoke Zipporah Popoola (ACN), for featuring on our program Kajomojuto today.

We had a very enlightening discussion with her on the dangers of drug misuse. She emphasized that individuals who indulge in drug abuse—whether through drinking or smoking—are battling a form of sickness. More importantly, she pointed out that those who traffic and sell these harmful substances are the ones destroying the future of our youth.

Officer Popoola also made a passionate plea to parents to remain vigilant and security-conscious, especially concerning the well-being and activities of their children.

On behalf of myself, Ambassador AbdRasheed Olabamiji Akanni Sikuola (AAN), and the entire Kajomojuto team, we say a very big THANK YOU for honoring our invitation. Your insights were invaluable, and your presence was truly appreciated.

Happy New Month to You Sir/Ma,

Not everyone we started this year with is still alive today, but by the grace of God, we are among the living.

We have witnessed this year from January.
We crossed February.
We crossed March, April, and May.
And now, by God's grace, we are in June.

As we step into the month of June today:

Everything you lay your hands on shall prosper.

You shall rise like a giant.

You shall be great.

Your prayers shall be answered.

Any illness you are battling with shall come to an end.

Victory shall be yours and your family's portion.

Anyone who insists that you will not succeed shall become your footstool.

As we witness the beginning of the month of June, may the Almighty God grant us the grace to witness many more years in good health and joy.

Accident will not be your portion.

Sickness will not be your portion.

Lack of money will not be your portion.

Amen. Amen. Amen.

*My Door is opened always to correct any form of anormalities in our society - Commandant. David Idowu Ojelabi (Ogun State NSCDC Commandant)*

Earlier today, the ImonaNla Family led by Amb. AbdRasheed Olabamiji Sikuola visited the NSCDC, Ogun State Command and was ably welcomed by Highest Commanding Officer of the Command, Commandant. David Idowu Ojelabi with the management of the Command.

The Gen. Secretary of the group with the order of the CEO, stated the purpose of the visitation, aims, objectives and merits of the group which the Commandant was impressed on.

During his response, Commandant. David Idowu Ojelabi commended the activities carried out by the group and enlightened them on areas of ignorance.

He furthered his speech that His door of office is opened to correct any anormalities concerning Ogun State and it's environs. He said as a good citizen of this great nation, it is mandatory to say something when you see something.

He stated that ImonaNla being a Non-governmental organization is much closer to the people as most citizens are afraid to come close to the Uniform men. He said ImonaNla Family should go out and sensitize everyone in the nooks and crannies of this state as when there is minimal crime rate, there will be peace.

He finalized that the Command under his watch will continue to collaborate and synergize with agencies willing to join forces with NSCDC without any form of discrepancies. He said he so believe in Synergy and won't fail to execute it once there's any.

The CEO, Amb. AbdRasheed Olabamiji Sikuola showed his utmost appreciation to the Commandant for his fatherly word of encouragement and his pledge to support the group anytime the need arises while the Coordinator 3, Comr. Saheed Adebowale gave the vote of thanks.

Unbelievable : NO ONE KNEW SHE DIED UNTIL AFTER TWO YEARS!!!😭😭😭

In december of 2003, Joyce Vincent died of an apparent asthma attack in her north London flat. The television was left on. The mail continued to be delivered. Her rent was set up to be automatically deducted from her bank account. The days rolled by and no one noticed she was gone.

Those days turned into weeks and the weeks into months. There were large trash dumpsters on the side of the building next to her unit, so the neighbors never thought much of the smell emanating from her flat. The floor was full of noisy kids and teenagers and no one questioned the constant thrum of television noise in the background.

Eventually, Joyce’s bank account dried up. Her landlord sent her letters of collection. These letters, like the others, simply fell into the stacks scattered about her floor. They went unanswered. Finally, with more than six months of overdue rent, the landlord got a court order to forcibly remove her from the premises. The bailiffs broke down the door, and it was only then her body was discovered. By then, it was January, 2006, more than two years after she passed away.

In that time, nobody ever came looking for Joyce Vincent. No family. No friends. No co-workers. No neighbor knocked on the door to see if things were all right. Nobody called. Nobody checked in. She was 38-years-old when she died.

This story is jaw-dropping in its social implications. It feels unfathomable that entire years could go by with no one noticing a person has died. Yet, these sorts of stories happen frequently. Chances are you’ve seen a news story similar to the one about Joyce Vincent. And they are all the same.

Person lives alone. They lose touch with family and friends. They never meet their neighbors. They stay shut in with their television or computer for years at a time. The world moves on as if they are no longer there until one day, they are no longer there.
