Femi Nice Opens Up About Navigating Office Politics in the Broadcasting Industry

Ibadan based Broadcaster Femi Nice has shared a personal account of his experiences navigating office politics within the media industry.

Femi, who has spent years building a in the media field, recounts a turning point in his career during a high-profile project, one he had passionately invested himself in. Despite early success, he says internal politics soon overshadowed progress.

“Every decision I made was being questioned. Every move I made was being scrutinized,” he wrote. “I started to feel like I was walking on eggshells.”

His story highlights a darker side of competitive work environments: how ambition can be undermined by hidden agendas and interpersonal power struggles. Once a fiercely driven professional determined to climb the corporate ladder, Femi admits the constant pressure began to erode his passion.
