IF YOU ARE GOING TO SPIRITUAL WAR, DON'T DRESS LIKE A CIVILIAN
A soldier does not go to battle dressed for comfort; he dresses according to the demands of the war. In the same way, anyone who desires to walk with God must understand that the Christian journey is not a casual lifestyle it is a spiritual battle.
You cannot face spiritual battles with a civilian mindset. You cannot fight temptation, confront demonic kingdoms, and stand firm in faith while living unprepared. The enemy does not fight according to your background, family name, or the faith of those who came before you.
Your father's salvation does not guarantee your salvation. Your mother's prayer life cannot replace your personal walk with God. The faith of your spiritual leaders can inspire you, but it cannot become a substitute for your own relationship with Christ.
This is why the Bible says, "Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling" (Philippians 2:12).
Put on the full armour of God. Strengthen your spirit through prayer, study the Word, walk in obedience, and build a personal relationship with God.
Spiritual battles require spiritual preparation. Don't dress like a civilian when you are called to fight like a soldier.
Prepare yourself.
Stand firm.
The battle is real, but victory belongs to those who are equipped in Christ.
