They are so many examples Allah prescribed in the Glorious Qur'an which can only be understood by the scholars.
Allah says:
وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ ۚ وَمَا يَعْقِلُهَاۤ اِلَّا الْعٰلِمُوْنَ
And these are the examples We set forth for mankind, but none comprehend them except the people of knowledge.
(Q29: Verse 43)
You can not just read and understand the meaning of the Glorious Qur'an through the English text except you go to learn it from the experts.
That's why the Holy Qur'an is totally different from the other revealed scriptures because after the prophets that were sent to has gone, people came after them misshapen the divine context.
Allah says:
اَفَتَطْمَعُوْنَ اَنْ يُّؤْمِنُوْا لَـكُمْ وَقَدْ كَا نَ فَرِيْقٌ مِّنْهُمْ يَسْمَعُوْنَ کَلَا مَ اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ يُحَرِّفُوْنَهٗ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا عَقَلُوْهُ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَ
Do you then hope that they will believe in you, while a group of them used to hear the Word of Allah and then deliberately distort it after they had understood it, fully aware of what they were doing?
(Q 2: Verse 75)
Many Islamic Orientalists had made so many effort to distort the Holy Qur'an right from the era of the Prophet Muhammad Ṣalla Llāhu Alaehi Wa Ṣallam such as Musailamatu Al-Kadhāb but he failed to make his own scripture, that's why
Allah says:
وَمَا كُنْتَ تَـتْلُوْا مِنْ قَبْلِهٖ مِنْ كِتٰبٍ وَّلَا تَخُطُّهٗ بِيَمِيْنِكَ اِذًا لَّارْتَابَ الْمُبْطِلُوْنَ
You (O Muhammad) had never read any book before it, nor had you written one with your right hand; otherwise, the falsifiers would certainly have fallen into doubt.
(Q 29: Verse 48)
Qur'an is the most ever challenge divine scripture that can not be misproportioned.
