If there is anything growing up has taught me, it is that life was designed to be a gift, and every day of it that you have, you ought to be grateful to the Giver for it.
The totality of my life thus far has been a gift in which I find great pleasure in unraveling. Sometimes it is perfect, other times, less so, but in whatever form and shape it comes, I derive abundant satisfaction in the beauty of it all and how much of that I owe to God, my maker.
It's my birthday today. The past year has been nothing short of a blessing. I am grateful for the gift of life. Of family and friends. Of nature and the little things I don't see but mean a lot to my existence.
I celebrate myself today, the process to who I am today and what I aspire to be. I am inspired by my constant evolution and I can't wait to see what the next phase turns up.
