When I saw the video, I cried. Another young man gone just like that, Nigerian, which way? 🥺🥺

Yesterday on TikTok, I saw a video of the young man's mom crying, and it was heartbreaking.

She told us this is the second time she's lost a son in the hands of policemen.
His family even reported him missing, not knowing their son had been brutally killed.

This situation is very sad.

Oghenemine, a 28-year-old rising artist, was reportedly shot and killed on Sunday, 26 April 2026, by a Nigerian policeman. A video was uploaded on Tuesday, 28 April 2026.

According to reports, he was allegedly sent by a friend to carry and deliver a package.

While going to drop it off, police officers stopped him and claimed the package had an illegal gun inside.

In a video that later spread online, Oghenemine is seen pleading for his life.

He begged the officers and even told them he could take them to the person who gave him the package, but they did not agree.

There was no court process or proper check of the situation. His hands were tied, and he was shot several times.

The policeman knew about the package, but there was no investigation; he was just shot and killed.

Now, no one knows about that friend who sent him to receive the package; he might be walking free. Why was an innocent person killed?

May his soul rest in peace. 😭
