, 1st October, reminds us that 66 years ago, in 1960, Nigeria 🇳🇬 gained her independence. Since then, a lot has happened. We have experienced both good and difficult times, and we have witnessed different leaders, some who made the people of Nigeria proud and others whose leadership left much to be desired.
To the leaders who served in the past and made Nigerians feel proud and hopeful, your efforts and contributions will never be forgotten. May history continue to remember the good you did for our beloved nation.
As we celebrate Independence Day today, we pray for a better Nigeria 🇳🇬 a Nigeria where citizens will never regret being Nigerians, a Nigeria where good leaders will lead with wisdom, integrity, justice, and genuine concern for the people.
May the independence Nigerians fought for and gained never feel like a bo***ge. May our freedom continue to bring hope, peace, prosperity, and opportunities to generations to come.
We will continue to pray for a better Nigeria, but beyond prayer, may we also do our part and contribute positively towards building the Nigeria we all desire.
We hope and pray that our independence will continue to be a blessing to us and not a source of sorrow.
🇳🇬 Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! 🇳🇬
May God bless Nigeria and bless all Nigerians, wherever they may be❤️
