If you had probably watched the SpongeBob cartoon, lol, let's keep that maturity thing aside. I watch cartoons, and there's a reason for it. One character I admire is Mr. Krabs, who's SpongeBob's boss at the Krabby Patty restaurant.

Aside from the fact that he's obsessed with money as a businessman if you watch him closely, he's a great marketer as well. There's one strategy he uses well, and that is customer service.
You dare not go to Krabby Patty with a complaint, and you're never attended to ASAP.

By the way, even as the owner of the restaurant, he singlehandedly attends to his customers like an employee. He was always open around the clock in case paying clients wanted Krabby Patties even at 1 a.m.

In most cases, he'd instruct SpongeBob to make pizza right away and had Squidward deliver it when they're ordered for, even though the pizza wasn't on the menu at the time. And each time, they keep coming!

As a startup brand, it's important to pay attention to your customers; it's a very crucial part of your marketing strategy, whether traditional or online.

The reason why some of you are struggling with sales is that you lack the right communication skills to attend to or approach your prospective customer or client.

Remember, emphasis on Communication skills. If your client is cold towards you, it doesn't mean you should always reciprocate. A good marketer is emotionally intelligent.

That quote you hear on a norm " your customer is always right" isn't a lie after all. If you're interested in your client or customer's money, treat them like an egg, nurture and sell to them, and ensure they get 100% satisfaction from your product or service.
