Sometimes God gives us people who are not our blood, but they become our family.
Today my soul was truly happy. From the moment I went to buy the phone, to the small drama, the play-cry, and the whole prank everything was worth it just to see her smile.
She has been with me for years, not just as my girl, but as a daughter, and sister to my son.
Seeing her happy filled my heart with joy, and gifting her on her birthday was my own little way of appreciating her loyalty, her respect, and her pure heart.
In this life, treat people with love.
Even the smallest act of kindness can change somebody’s whole world.
