The rate on how people die this period is scary you will see someone today the next day you will be hearing he or she is dead. People are complaining about how things are difficult going into depression which leads to serious illness or the other. I do advise my friends don't always allow your problems to take over you this life is too short me on the other side i have my problem but for my own good and health I allow things to go like that pray to my God and work harder because in this life nobody is praying to live a short life. Always take good care of yourself,good health matters a lot and always be happy

How to calculate body mass index(BMI) to know whether your weight is normal,lesser,over weight or obese.
In the context of health, weight is defined as an individual mass typically measured in kilograms which is a key indicator of an overall health used often to asses factories like obesity,past eating disorders. To check for body mass index we get our weight using the beam balance and then divide by our the square of height to get our body mass index.
Body mass categories are:
Underweight: below 18.5
Normal weight:18.5 - 24.9
Overweight:25.0 -29.9
Obese : 30.0 above
Important of BMI:
• it helps the individual to assess weight related health risks.
• it also helps the individual to know the type of food they eat everyday that leads to obese .
NB: obese is a disorder that leads to excessive fat which leads to health risks.
• sometimes people do take excessive medication dosages that can make them fat it is advisable to check weight in order to stop taking them.
Health is really wealth indeed is advisable we control and monitor our health in order to live long.
