A Nice laundry bar soap
Ingredients:
Sodium hydroxide (caustic soda)-100g
Soda ask. -200 g
Distilled Water. -1.2litre
P. K. I. -1 litre
Sugar. -50 g
Methanol. -100 ml
Texapon -50 g
PROCEDURE :
Soak caustic soda into 450 ml of distilled water, stir until it is completely dissolve and allow to settle for an hour.
Soak soda ask into 450 ml of distilled water and allow to settle for an hour.
Soak sugar into 100 ml of distilled water, stir to form sugar syrup which serves as foam booster.
Place a clean production pot on a low heat and add pko to heat to 60⁰c -70⁰c. Turn off the heat.
Gently add methanol to the pko with a gentle stirring. keep stirring until the mixture cools a little.
Combine the two soda solutions as a lye solution and stir for 5 minutes.
Gradually add the lye solutions into the mixture of pko and methanol with a gentle stirring. Keep blending until the solution is smooth and creamy.
Add sugar syrup and stir to blend.
Dissolve texapon into 200 ml of distilled water and add to the soap mixture. Stir for 10- 20 minutes.
Pour into your desired mold.
