Every time I post about wizkid achievements, 30BG fans rush to the comments saying, “Davido’s private jet can buy Wizkid and the entire music industry.” Why is it always about material things? Even when we all know that at least 5 Nigerian artists own private jets, they still make it seem like Davido is the only one doing it big, almost like they’re trying to downplay everything else.
Why can’t they just say, “Yes, Davido has done this and that too,” and keep moving? even me as an fc I know some davido unmatched achievement, Why bring up liabilities and distractions?
Let’s be real: someone who supposedly bought a private jet worth ₦75 billion doesn’t even own a car worth over ₦2 billion. Someone with a ₦75 billion jet doesn’t have a single chain valued at over $1 million. So why the noise?
Celebrate achievements, yes but don’t try to overshadow others or fake numbers just to prove a point. Let’s keep it real.
