Shin ka taɓa jin ciwon ciki da ba ya ƙarewa? Ka taɓa tashi da safe kana jin wuta na ci a cikinka?
Wannan na iya zama ulcer; wata cuta mai saurin yaduwa wadda take ɓata rayuwa, tana hana bacci, kuma tana iya haifar da barazanar mutuwa idan ba a dauki mataki ba. Abin takaici shi ne, dabi’unmu na yau da kullum ne ke buɗe ƙofa ga wannan ciwo mai zafi da haɗari.

MENENE ULCER/GYAMBON CIKI?
Ulcer ciwo ne da ke ɓarke a bangon ciki ko hanji, wanda yawanci ke faruwa saboda yawan acid ko lahani ga garkuwar ciki. Yana iya zama gastric ulcer (a ciki) ko duodenal ulcer (a hanji).

Wannan tambayar tana da matuƙar muhimmanci, musamman a wannan zamanin da ake fama da canje-canje na tarbiyya da dabi'u. Dangantakar iyaye da ƴaƴa ita ce ginshiƙin tarbiyya, zaman lafiya da ci gaban kowace al'umma. Amma me ke faruwa idan wannan ginshiƙi ya fara dusashewa?

A zamanin baya, iyaye na cika gida da kulawa, kauna, hukunci mai adalci da tarbiyya. Amma a yau, mun fara ganin iyaye masu buƙatuwa fiye da bayarwa, iyaye masu rayuwa cikin duniyar kansu, suna mantawa da damuwar da ke damun zukatan ƴaƴansu. Shin ka taba tunanin irin mummunan tasirin da juma'i kafin aure ke da shi a rayuwar mutum? Me yasa addini da al’adu s**a hana shi? Me yasa masana lafiya da zamantakewa ke gargadi game da shi?

Jima'i kafin aure ba kawai laifi bane a wajen Allah, amma wata hanya ce mai cike da haɗurran da ke jefa mutum cikin bala’o’i na lafiya, ruhi da rayuwa baki ɗaya.

GA WASU DAGA CIKIN ILLOLINSA:

1. Cutar Zazzabin HIV/AIDS – Yin jima’i ba tare da aure ba yana sanya mutum cikin hadarin kamuwa da cututtukan da ake yada ta hanyar jima’i, da s**a hada da HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea, syphilis da sauransu.

2. Ciwon Zuciya da Na Ruhi – Bincike ya nuna cewa mutane da ke cikin alaƙar jima’i kafin aure s**an fi fama da damuwa, fargaba da rashin kwanciyar hankali, musamman idan dangantakar ta rushe.

5. Rushewar Aure nan gaba – Masana sun tabbatar da cewa mutanen da s**a shiga alaƙar jima’i kafin aure s**an fi fuskantar matsaloli da yawan saki a auren su.

6. Fushin Allah da faduwar albarka – Zina babban zunubi ne wanda ke jawo fushin Ubangiji da hana albarka a rayuwa.

Rayuwa da mutunci da tsoron Allah shi ne ginshikin nasara. Kada ki/mu bari sakacin daɗi na lokaci kaɗan ya mayar da rayuwar mu cikin bakin ciki na har abada.

Ka tuna cewa jima’i kyauta kafin aure bai kyauta ba — yana da tsadar da ta wuce tunani.

MIDWIFE (cikin fara'a):
Assalamu alaikum, Hajiya Amina. Yau ma mun same ki lafiya. Ya jikin?

AMINA:
Alhamdulillah. Ina kara gode muku sosai.

MIDWIFE:
Muna farin cikin ganin kina zuwa lafiya. Yau zamu dan tattauna ne akan abinci da kiwon lafiya a lokacin juna biyu. Kin san cewa abinci yana da matukar muhimmanci wajen lafiyar uwa da jariri.

AMINA:

Na fahimta Hajiya. Wadannan ra’ayoyin camfi ne da basu da tushe a fannin likitanci. Abinci kamar nama, kifi da kwai suna dauke da sinadaran da ke gina jiki da kuma taimakawa ci gaban jariri a ciki. Rashin cin su zai iya jawo karancin jini ko rauni ga jaririn.

AMINA:
To amma su iyaye na suna gargadi sosai akan hakan. Ina jin tsoro kada wani abu ya faru.

MIDWIFE:
Kina da gaskiya ki damu da lafiyar jaririnki, amma ki sani cewa ilimi da bincike sun nuna babu wata illa da abinci mai kyau ke haifarwa. Maimakon mu dogara da camfi, mu dogara da sahihin bayani daga masana kiwon lafiya. Allah ya halicci wadannan abincin ne da amfaninsu.

AMINA:
To nagode sosai. Zan bi shawarar ku in dai hakan ne mafi alheri.

MIDWIFE:
Allah ya kara miki lafiya da sauki. Kada ki ji tsoro. Mu a nan muna tare da ke har zuwa haihuwa cikin sauki, in sha Allah.

Camfi da hani akan wasu nau'in abinci na iya cutar da uwa da jariri. Ki nemi shawara daga kwararru, kada ki dogara da jita-jita. Lafiyar ki da ta jariri na da muhimmanci – ki ci abinci mai gina jiki, ki guji camfi.

Food gives us life, but if handled carelessly, it can also lead to illness or even death. Every day, people suffer from foodborne diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, or harmful chemicals—many of which are preventable through simple food hygiene practices.

Food hygiene means handling, preparing, and storing food in ways that prevent contamination. This includes washing hands before touching food, keeping raw and cooked foods separate, cooking to the right temperatures, and storing leftovers properly.

Poor hygiene—like unwashed vegetables, dirty kitchen surfaces, or undercooked meat—can lead to infections such as cholera, typhoid, or food poisoning. These illnesses are especially dangerous for children, the elderly, and those with weak immune systems.

Ka san cewa mutane fiye da biliyan 2.2 a duniya na fama da matsalar gani? Kuma fiye da rabinsu, ana iya magance su ko kuma hana faruwarsu gaba ɗaya? Sau nawa kake zuwa duban ido? Kana ganin rashin gani matsala ce ta tsofaffi kaɗai?

Wadannan tambayoyi ba don wasa aka yi su ba — suna tunatar da mu gaskiyar rayuwa. Yawancin mutane suna raina idonsu har sai matsala ta bayyana. THE PRICE OF NEGLECT: VISION LOSS DOESN'T WAIT❗❗❗

Did you know that at least 2.2 billion people around the world have some form of vision impairment? And that over half of these cases are preventable or treatable*? How often do you have your eyes checked? Do you believe that vision loss is only a problem of old age?

These are not just random questions — they’re reality checks. Many people take their eyesight for granted until it’s too late. In today's fast-paced world of screens, pollution, and unhealthy lifestyles, our eyes are constantly under threat, yet eye health remains one of the most neglected aspects of personal care.

WHY EYE HEALTH MATTERS?

Your eyes are not just the windows to your soul — they are key to your independence, learning, and livelihood. Vision loss can affect mobility, education, work, and mental well-being. But the good news is that many causes of vision loss are preventable.

COMMON CAUSES OF VISION LOSS

- Refractive errors (like myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism)
- Cataracts– the world’s leading cause of blindness
- Glaucoma– the “silent thief of sight”
- Diabetic Retinopathy – linked to poorly controlled diabetes

- Rest Your Eyes: Follow the 20-20-20 rule — every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
- Avoid Smoking: It increases the risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.
- Limit Screen Time: Especially for children and office workers.

COMMUNITY ACTION AND EDUCATION

Communities can play a role by:
- Organizing vision screening programs
- Educating on safe eye practices
- Ensuring access to affordable eye care
