Cin zarafin yara yana daga cikin mafi muni da barna da za a iya aikatawa a kowace al'umma. Yana kwace wa yara hatsin su na rashin laifi, tsaro da kwanciyar hankali na tunani. Cin zarafi yana iya zuwa ta hanyoyi da dama — ta jiki, ta zuciya, ta lalata ko kuma watsi da su — amma sakamakon yawanci ɗaya ne: rauni da ya dade a rai.

MY ADVICE TO YOUTHS

1. Your control of your sexual urges will be the reason you are either successful or a failure.

2. P**n and ma********on is the greatest killer of success. It stunt and destroy your brain.

3. Avoid drinking alcohol like a camel drinking water. Nothing worse than losing your senses and acting a fool.

4. Keep your standards high and don't settle for something because it's available.

5. If you find someone smarter than you, work with them, don't compete.

6. No one is coming to save your problems. Your life's 100% is your responsibility.

7. You shouldn't take advice from people who are not where you want to be in life.

8. Find new ways to make money. Make money and ignore the jokers who mocks and make fun of you.

9. You don't need 100 self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline. Be disciplined!

10. Avoid drugs. Avoid w**d.

11. Learn skills on YouTube not wasting your time consuming sh*tty content on Netflix.

12. No one cares about you. So stop being shy, go out and create your chances.

13. Comfort is the worst addiction and cheap ticket to depression.

14. Prioritize your family. Defend them even if they stink, even if they are idiots. Cover their nakedness.

15. Find new opportunities and learn from people ahead of you.

16. Trust no one. Not a single person no matter how tempted. Believe in yourself.

17. Don't wait for miracles make them happen. Yes you can't always do it alone but don't listen to the opinion of people.

18. Hardwork and determination can make you achieve anything.

Self Testicular Examination (STE): A Simple Step to Protect Men’s Health

📍Why it Important:
Testicular cancer is most common in males aged 15–35, but early detection saves lives. A regular self-exam helps you detect unusual changes early.

📍How to Perform STE (Once a Month):

📍When?
After a warm bath or shower — the scrotal skin is relaxed, making it easier to feel abnormalities.

📍METHOD
1️⃣. Stand in front of a mirror.
Look for any visible swelling or changes in the sc***um.

2️⃣. Check each testicle with both hands.
Place your index and middle fingers under the testicle with the thumbs on top.
Roll it gently between the fingers.

3️⃣. Feel for lumps or changes.
A normal testicle is smooth, firm, and oval-shaped.
It’s normal if one testicle hangs lower than the other.

4️⃣. Don't confuse the epididymis.
This soft, tube-like structure behind the testicle is normal.

5️⃣. Report anything unusual.
If you feel a lump, notice swelling, pain, or changes in size — see a doctor immediately.

Wuta na iya tashi daga ƙaramin kuskure kamar zubar man fetur, barin wuta tana ci ba kulawa, ko toshe lantarki da ba daidai ba. Idan gobara ta tashi, lokaci ba abokin jinkiri bane — matakin farko da kake ɗauka na iya ceton rai da dukiya.

MATAKAN GAGGAWA

1. Kasance cikin nutsuwa:
Ka tabbatar da kwantar da hankalinka domin ɗaukar mataki da sauri.

2. Fita daga ginin ko wurin da wuta ta tashi:
Kada ka tsaya ɗaukar kaya, fita cikin hanzari ne mafi muhimmanci. Bi hanyoyin fita na gaggawa (emergency exits).

3. Taimakawa yara da tsofaffi:
Idan akwai yara ko tsofaffi, taimaka musu su fita, amma kada ka bar kanka cikin haɗari.

4. Tafiya da rarrafe idan hayaki ya cika wurin:
Hayakin gobara na da guba. Rarrafa ƙasa domin numfashi a inda iska ke da tsabta.

5. Rufe hanci da abun da zai tace hayaki:
Amfani da zani ko rigar ka da ruwa a kanta zai iya rage hayakin da kake shaka.

6. Kira lambar gaggawa:
Idan ka fita lafiya, kira masu kashe gobara nan da nan.

7. Kada Ka Sake komawa ikin gini
Idan har ka fita, kada ka koma don daukar kaya. Ka bar aikin ga ƙwararru.

8. Yi amfani da Kayan Kashe Wuta (Fire Extinguisher) idan wutar bata da yawa:
Idan kana da ilimi da damar amfani da kayan kashe wuta kuma wutar ba ta yi ƙarfi ba, zaka iya kokarin kashe ta.

9. Tabbatar cewa kowa ya fita lafiya, yi lissafi da kiran suna domin ganewa ko akwai waɗanda basu fito ba.

10. Kada a yi amafani da lantarki ko gas a lokacin gobara:
Hakan na iya haddasa ƙarin fashewa ko wuta.

Gagara ɗaukar matakin gaggawa yayin gobara na iya haifar da sakamako mai muni. Koyaushe a kasance da shirin ko-ta-kwana: sanin hanyoyin fita, da kayan kashe wuta, da kuma horas da iyali ko abokan aiki yadda za su kare kansu idan gobara ta tashi. Gobara na iya faruwa kowane lokaci; amma shiri da saurin ɗaukar mataki na iya hana asara mai girma.
