Former Governor Boni Haruna joined his esteemed 1999 colleagues at the wedding solemnization of the daughter of former Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso and the son of business mogul Alhaji Dahiru Mangal. The ceremony, held at the palace of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kano, Dr. Muhammadu Sanusi, was followed by a grand reception hosted by His Excellency Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the Kano State Government House. Among the distinguished attendees were former governors, including H.E. Ahmed Makarfi of Kaduna State and H.E. Chief Lucky Igbinedion of Edo State.
