God our father, in obedience to you your only Son accepted death on the cross for the salvation of mankind.We acknowledge the mystery of the cross on earth. May we receive the gift of redemption in heaven. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Moonlit whispers dance upon the sea,
A gentle breeze that stirs the soul's decree.
Stars above, a twinkling show,
Reflections of dreams, yet to grow.

In this quiet night, I find my peace,
A sense of calm, my worries release.
The world is hushed, in slumber deep,
As moonbeams weave, a silver sleep.

To places unknown, in a brand new day.

The night's dark veil, a mystic hue,
Conceals the truth, yet reveals it true.
The stars up high, a twinkling sea,
Reflecting hopes, and destiny
